Very very very clean rooms, closed to supermarket/a nice playground for kids/ restaurant and more. Free and secure parking. The personnel were so kind and professional. We booked an apartment with garden and enjoyed our stay very much. Equipments in the kitchen, bathroom and overall apartment were plenty. I stayed in many places but honestly never seen such clean one. Moreover, the owner is so kind that you feel very comfortable to call&ask in case of any need.

For those who drive and want to spend a few days exploring the area, this hotel is a great option.
The hotel offers a plenty of free parking and is conveniently located just outside the tourist locations. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen includes all the necessary accessories. A large grocery store is literally 2 minutes away. The hotel manager, Flavio, is incredibly accommodating and will provide you a ton of helpful information and responses to all of your queries.

We loved everything about this apartment. Excellent location for getting around. Clean, comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the free bicycles. Flavio was so helpful and kind. We felt like family by the time we left!

We stayed three nights as part of our motorcycle trip. Fabio was fabulous, very helpful and friendly. He provided secure parking in his garage for the bike and great advice on places to go and see. The apartment was excellent with comfortable bed, pillows and a well equipped kitchen as we cooked on two of the nights.there is a swimming pool, bikes to borrow and access to a washing machine. Supermarkets within 5 min walk. It took us about 40 mins to walk along the lake to Sirmione itself , easy flat walking. Restaurants close by and along the lake walk. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Sirmione and the lake.

Residence Nuove Terme was the perfect location for our stay in Lake Garda, conveniently located next to amazing restaurants, bus services, and only a short bus ride or leisurely walk to Sirmione old town and peninsula. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Flávio and team are absolutely amazing, but special thanks has to go to Flávio as his personal touch for his guests is second to none! Many thanks and we will definitely be back!

Outstanding place to stay, everything you need, very comfortable and great staff. The apartment was exactly what we needed, with all the comforts, having a dishwasher was a great addition, TV with Netflix also helped.

Everyone should give themselves a stay a Nouve Terme. It’s a wonderful place, where hospitality and warmth is essential. We stayed for 10 days swimming in the pool and enjoying Sirmiones many opportunities. Please go there 👍😊

We had a really great stay at Residence Nuove Terme Sirmione. The staff was very very helpful and nice! Great people and top quality of the residence and facilities all the way. Definitely worth a visit.

Very well equipped accommodation with swimming pool and outdoor barbecue facilities, close to the lake . Free use of bicycles in the accommodation. Ideal place for excursions, for example to nearby Verona. Also close to a supermarket.
