This is an exceptional hotel. I was so impressed by how clean everything was and the friendliness of all the employees - many of whom spoke English. I am a fussy eater and don't like fish but had no problem finding choices on the menu which the chef delivered to a very high standard and it was delicious. It is a 35-40 minute walk away to the old town of Sirmione but this is not a problem. If you don't like walking, there is a shuttle bus very close by. If given the opportunity we would love to return.

Stayed here for a week on a tour. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffets were amazing. I didn't find that coffee overly strong but a minor issue - I live in Spain where the coffee is hardcore! There was a good choice of dinner too

What a lovely hotel. Staff members are exceptional providing great, courteous service. Special thank to Liedl, the lovely Polish lady whose daughter is studying to be a vet at Edinburgh University( sorry, no name tag…) and the ever smiling Gabriella at the bar. Such a clean hotel and huge thanks are due to the staff taking care of the rooms: you work incredibly hard. The food each evening is exceptional and so varied: thanks to the chefs working tirelessly in the background. A bus trip takes you into Sirmione from stop 2, but can be busy if you leave at peak times of 10ish and return 5ish. Nice pool area and plenty of snack and drink choices. Would recommend a trip to Limone: early ferry at 9.09 is ideal and the scenery is breathtaking. Thank you, Hotel Du Parc.

We booked half board. Arrived late after being re-directed in plane to Venice before returning to Verona. On arrival around midnight with two little ones aged 5 & 7, the receptionist was excellent. They had put aside a cold meal for us all, having left Birmingham at 4pm this was very welcome. Very good choice for breakfast both hot or cold. Ample supply of drinks hot & cold. Lovely friendly waiting staff. Evening meals were outstanding. 4 courses with four choices for each. Different menu every day. They prefer you to order evening meal after breakfast, to help chefs, although late orders are accepted. Our youngest played up on a couple of occasions and was made to remain in the bedroom with her Daddy, but the staff were wonderful and understanding, delivering all courses to the room. Swimming pool is a reasonable size with sun beds around. No need for a swim cap. The pool area is cleaned daily and in use between 9am and 7pm. There is a second small pool with water jets. Rooms were very ample. Cleaned daily by very hard working friendly staff. Bathroom had a shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. Small balcony for every room although the views vary. Our ground floor room looked onto bushes and apartments beyond and were very close to neighbours. We went with Jet-2. Our rep was very knowledgeable but no pre-arranged trips were available. He suggested pre-booking for the Garda land Aquarium. After a local bus trip followed by a walk and a train where we had to sit on the floor, then a one hour wait for a shuttle bus where we again sat on the floor, we arrived. We had to queue with everyone else even though we had pre-booked. You just save a little on the entrance. Local buses are near to the hotel but may be full up resulting in a wait of up to 30 mins, plus some drivers may ‘rip you off’. A trip to Sermione town should cost 2/3 euros each adult. Worth a short walk to the lakeside to swim for free in the lake. The reception staff are really superb. It would be wise to walk to a local co-op supermarket, about 15-20 mins walk in 35degC heat, to stock up on drinks and snacks. A can if Fanta etc costs just 60cents but hotel charges 3 or 4 euros. You can pick up 3/4 days supplies for around 20-30 euros. The ONLY downside is that all poolside food and drinks plus all drinks with evening meals are charged to your room. For 6 of us for 7 days this amounted to a hefty £390. Not a lot to do after 9pm although there was live music on the Saturday evening.

A group of us booked this hotel as our sons were taking part in a karting team-building event at a track nearby. We struck lucky with this hotel as it is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, even organising for us to have breakfast 30 minutes earlier on 2 days so we could leave for track on time. Breakfast was perfect, the pool (and drinks service) was excellent. The hotel location-wise is great as restaurants/lake and marina all a short walk away. Will bring the family back next time.

Hotel Du Parc It’s a few days now since we returned from our week at the hotel. We travelled on a package with TUI , but upgraded our room to a junior suite for our stay through direct emails with the hotel. The reception staff were excellent and we had a lovely warm welcome for our special stay to celebrate our Ruby wedding- 40 years. The room was a good size , minimalist in style, but you had everything you need . For the Brits - this included a kettle with tea coffee and a fridge you could use . This made our stay very comfortable. The pool area was lovely , and joy - oh joy no pool music !! It’s a spa hotel and tranquility seems to be the way forward there. The food was plentiful and very good , a week there is going to take a lot of moving when it comes to the waistline! The Restaurant and Bar staff are excellent ,very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is spotless- everything is so clean it’s exactly as you would hope. The hotel is well positioned for bus stops a couple of minutes walk away. The bus is a circular shuttle in and out of Sirmione - buses are every 15 mins . You could walk it in 20 -25 mins or so. I would like to thank TUI rep Rory and all hotel staff for helping to make our anniversary celebrations extra special . We had a lovely time , many thanks to everyone.
