Service is excellent! The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. We liked it very much. Location is great too!

Great place to stay if you are travelling in big groups or as a family. Room is spacious with kitchen for cooking. Great scenery from window too!!

Świetny apartament. Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Wygodne łóżko i kanapa. Aneks kuchenny dostępny. Taras na plus. Piękne kwiaty na tarasie. Jedyny minus to ochydnie wyglądający odrapany stolik i krzesła. A wystarczyłoby pomalować. Kilkanaście minut pracy.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ganz Besonderes, da sie in einem historischen Gebäude liegt und vorbildlich saniert worden ist. Das sorgt für einen ganz eigenen Charme!

Ci hanno assegnato un appartamento che non era quello prenotato( era molto scomodo e rumoroso) con la scusa di un upgrade che non era stato richiesto né comunicato al momento del check in.ci avevano dato un'appartamento standard invece del deluxe, dopo la mia lamentela mi è stata cambiato ma dopo aver insistito molto.

We visited for 2 nights as part of a Rick Steves Sicily tour. The room was quite amazing. It consisted of a large bedroom and bath, a large kitchen area and a third room that we used for hanging laundry. The third room had a small balcony overlooking the street. We had lots of room for laying out our suitcases and our daily things. One quirk is that they seem to turn off the hot water heater overnight; the shower didn't produce hot water until about 6:30 AM. The breakfast was adequate but more spartan than the others we have experienced. My chief disappointment was the lack of fresh fruit. But they provided yogurt and a crunchy cereal and great chocolate croissants. The location is great although Ortigia is small enough that you can get to anywhere from anywhere pretty quickly.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet area of Ortygia. It is close to all the sites. The rooms are very large, yet there was not any surface space to place things on, which I found peculiar. Basically lack of furnishings. The breakfast was nice. We had problems with the water when we showered where it would suddenly turn really hot and then go back to normal and it would continue to do this. The location and serenity made up for the quick showers we had to take.

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent! From the comfortable bed, the spa slippers provided, to the mocha pot and fridge, the room was a refuge after exploring Syracuse all day! A great selection of restaurants within a short radius along with a small supermarket. We walked everywhere from the Hotel, day or night. Thank you for a great 6 nights. Shelley and Tom

Hotel is very clean and modern, quiet street. Very easy to walk everywhere. We had small studio with kitchenette. There are 3 apartments with washer. Breakfast served in room. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend this place

Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia. We spent a great time, btwen the 31rd december 2023 and the 1st January, 2024 in the new area of the building, called "The Museum" dedicated to the movies's history and its icones. the bedrooms are simply wonderful, never seen anything similar. silence, courtesy and a very goodd breakfast completed this perfect place.
