Fatal la atención, no se puedd ni razonar ni hablar con ellos, me cuelgan directamente sin ni si quiera escuchar. Realizé la reserva por error, al cabo de 10 minutos solicité la cancelación, cualquier persona en su sano juicio realiza la cancelación, ellos no quieren ni escuchar los motivos y se quieren quedar con todo el dinero de la reserva porque su politica de cancelación es estricta. Me parece lamentable que a los 10 minutos no te concedan la posibilidad de cancelar. Además llamas y no quieren ni atenderte. Lamentable esto.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, posizione centralissima. L'alloggio, curato e ben fornito di molti confort, è completamente privo di finestre dando una sensazione di soffocamento. Dalla porta d'ingresso di notte entra molta luce a causa del terrazzo illuminato. Stanza un po' umida e materasso morbidissimo, il riscaldamento è in cucina e fatica a scaldare la stanza da letto. Questi disagi sono compensati da un prezzo più che onesto, in ogni caso non consiglierei un soggiorno presso questa struttura per più di una notte, non avere almeno una finestra e percepire umidità ritengo sia penalizzante. Per una sola notte invece è perfetto. Una raccomandazione, parcheggiare a Ortigia è quasi impossibile, consiglio di organizzarsi prima dell'arrivo.
