Great location, close to metro and public transport, bus station Flixbus. Not far from city center of Brussels. Room was not perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly, my stay here was very nice.

El hotel está justo afuera de una estación del metro, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal muy atento. El desayuno aunque no está incluido y está sencillo es suficiente. Muy recomendado

Super lokalizacja, zasięg turystyczny całego centrum nawet bez jazdy metrem. Śniadanie wystarczające co do ilości jak i jakości, można się najeść, dobra kawa i pyszny naturalny sok z owoców. Czysto, schludnie, minimalistycznie i praktycznie. Polecam na krótko i na dłużej.

酒店的位置的確不錯！火車站北站下車走10分鐘左右就到。坐火車到處走很方便。走路去景點也是半小時內。前枱服務一般，懂英文，可以了。房間比我預想的大一點，洗水間也比較新凈。 這個價位算是這樣了。作為一早就出去玩的旅遊客，很合適。 但是！隔音太差了。我們住兩個晚上，兩個早上7點多鐘，隔壁的洗澡聲音就響得很。好在我們也是一早就起床了，…..。 其他沒有問題。

Je trouve que l'hôtel "Hotel City Center" est bien desservi au niveau des transports en commun et des commerces à proximité à Bruxelles. La salle de bain malgré qu'elle est petite est bien privatisée. Globalement parlant, mon séjour à Bruxelles a été très satisfaisant, que ce soit les visites des musées, les lieux emblématiques tels que Manneken Pis, Atomium, etc.. ainsi que les centres commerciaux tels que City 2, Docks Brussels.. C'est merveilleux ! Je recommande fortement cette capitale de Belgique, vous allez épater.

酒店的位置太好了，靠近火車北站和地鐵站，附近都是大寫字樓。酒店較小，設施舊了。

나름 가격대비 위치는 최고이고 깔끔했습니다 대로변이다보니 조금 시끄럽긴했지만 만족합니다

Me and my friend chose this hotel for its handy location. Unfortunately sexist and aggressive staff ruined any hope of a pleasant stay. I was forced to leave the premises after breaking no rules when I returned home one evening where I was shouted at and talked down to. The following night the same receptionist opened the door into my female friends room at 2AM to evict her in the middle of the night for being “disrespectful” and threatening to call the police. When we expressed our concerns to management via email, we were told the events we described never occurred (even though a majority of crude gestures and aggression from the receptionist in question were on CCTV in the lobby) and threatened us with legal action for “defamation and slander”. The treatment of me and my friend was completely uncalled for and is an absolute embarrassment not only from an obnoxious and aggressive receptionist, but incompetent management who refused to explore the issue further and accused us of fabricating lies. Furthermore, the grimy floor of the shower, uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls didn’t make up for the lack of customer service.
