Trước hết, vị trí là lý do tại sao tôi chọn khách sạn này; Tất nhiên, quầy bar mini miễn phí và quà tặng cho trẻ em là phần thưởng. Hồ bơi tuyệt vời và ấm cúng, vị trí của 3 điểm tham quan chính rất gần (tất cả đều cách khách sạn của chúng tôi chưa đầy 10 phút đi bộ) cộng với tàu điện một ray cũng chưa đầy 10 phút đi bộ, ga tiếp theo là Vivocity chỉ cách đó chưa đầy 10 phút đi xe với rất nhiều thứ để bạn dành cả ngày. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi thiếu các lựa chọn thực phẩm gần Khách sạn Michael, đặc biệt là chỉ có một vài nhà hàng mở cửa sau 20:00 là một boomer (chúng tôi mệt mỏi và đói sau khi rời Universal Studio, nơi đóng cửa lúc 20:00): không có khu ẩm thực, không có đồ ăn đóng hộp, chỉ có một vài nhà hàng tử tế vẫn mở. Một trong những cảm giác tồi tệ nhất của tôi là n*** cả khi chúng tôi muốn đến Vivocity để ăn, hàng đợi lúc 20:15 dài như một dặm khiến chúng tôi không còn lựa chọn nào khác. (còn một điều nữa: ngày thứ hai (ngày 1 tháng 8), sảnh có mùi giống như mùi cống rãnh pha lẫn nước hoa, khi chúng tôi mới đến thì hoàn toàn bình thường. Vui lòng xem xét và giải quyết sớm nhất có thể) Cảm ơn bạn.

Sự thoải mái tuyệt vời, rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên cũng cực kỳ lịch sự và phục vụ nhanh chóng. Vấn đề duy nhất là khi yêu cầu phòng yên tĩnh, phòng không yên tĩnh khi có trẻ em la hét trên hành lang và tiếng máy hút bụi rất nhiều, tiếng ồn của TV từ phòng khác rất lớn.

The room is bigger than expected. Pretty clean and had a good sleep on a very comfortable bed. It also includes complimentary mini bar, which we love! There was even a surprise for us in the evening when we received chocolate via room service. The promotion is great as it includes the Halloween horror night (HHN) and adventure cove park. The hotel is located close the USS which is a plus point after the late night fun at HHN. The breakfast could have a better selection of food but it is still good. Overall, it was a good deal and a lovely hotel:)

Everything is good, especially with trip.com deal. Due to renovation, too little food options. Majority are too expensive from big family.

Good！ Near By Casino And Theme Park and Also The aquarium so we can easily find nice food over there ….. Really recommended 😀

Wonderful and impeccable service from Adrian at the front desk. Lovely rooms too that are spacious and comfortable. A well-rested night for my family and a great location for me to clear some work while the family are enjoyong themselves at USS. Will stay at Hotel Michael again.

Great stay & very convenient short distance walk to the food/ casino/ USS / water adventure cove.

We enjoyed staying here with my family (My wife, 7 year-old daughter and I) for two nights.

The conference is nearby so it was convenient to access the convention venue and casino. However, since it is on Sentosa Island, it takes a bit of time to get into town so it is a bit isolated. It could be excellent for a family vacation since Universal Studio and other attractions are close by, but I was on a business trip so did not enjoy too many attractions. Overall, the hotel was clean and nice. Nothing too extraordinary, but just a nice stay!

The location is very convenient, Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa express, Casio and restaurants are nearby. The rooms are neat & tidy, with the view of Sentosa cable car & SkyHelix.

The toilet is super dirty with **** stick on and ask for a room redo service for the toilet. Won’t re visit again .
