Căn phòng khá lớn với một phòng tắm rất lớn đi kèm khu vực tắm vòi sen riêng biệt và bồn tắm. Một tấm kính lớn ngăn cách phòng tắm và căn phòng mà bạn có thể dễ dàng che bằng rèm. Thậm chí còn có TV phía trước bồn tắm để bạn thư giãn trong nước. Nhìn chung nó là một căn phòng khá thoải mái. Tôi đặt phòng Hillview nhưng cuối cùng chỉ có thể đối mặt với lối vào chính của con đường không có cây xanh. Vị trí khôn ngoan, nó khá biệt lập nhưng có một Quayside Isle nằm cách đó khoảng 100 m có nhiều nhà hàng, 7/11 và Kho lạnh. Họ cung cấp xe buýt để đưa bạn đi vòng quanh đảo Sentosa và bạn cũng có thể đến bến cảng phía trước / Vivo City. Đó là một nơi nhiều hơn để thư giãn và thư giãn trong phòng và khu vực mà không cần chú ý đến bất kỳ khu mua sắm hay tiện nghi nào.

Đây là một khách sạn nhỏ với hơn 20 phòng có hồ bơi, nhà hàng, khu trò chơi điện tử, phòng trẻ em và sân chơi ở tầng 1. Ngoài ra còn có một số câu lạc bộ du thuyền/thuyền và văn phòng bán hàng trong cùng tòa nhà.. Kích thước khách sạn khá lớn với bồn tắm bên trong. Chúng tôi đã đặt mua gói lưu trú bao gồm món charcuterie, prosecco và bữa tối 4 món cũng như bữa sáng cho 2 người mỗi phòng. Xem xét vị trí khách sạn, gói này giúp chúng tôi và gia đình cảm thấy thoải mái hơn! Một trong những phòng của chúng tôi nhìn ra bến du thuyền và những phòng còn lại nhìn ra vịnh nhỏ (nơi cũng có giường sofa trong đó). Nhìn chung, đó là một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời và thư giãn! Có hai điều có thể được cải thiện: 1. Chúng tôi tìm thấy một con milipede lớn trong phòng tắm và chúng tôi đã báo cáo điều đó với nhân viên tiếp tân. 2. Chúng tôi thậm chí không thể yêu cầu nhân viên lễ tân trả phòng trễ 30 phút. Vì có hai đứa con và ông bà đi cùng nên chúng tôi cần phải gấp rút trả phòng.

Marina front environment was great & the surrounding trees along the road journey made you relaxed. As a resort hotel the room was in good size, Balcony that can seat 2 adults was nice too for drinks and sunset view. Good choices of F & B outlets surrounding the marina which you can walk there leisurely. Nearby also have several nice upscale restaurant like example " Fiamma " a Italian restaurant you can dine with your love one. Narina also have several sea spots activities available for you to participate with fees. Overall stay experience was great & relaxed.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms in an excellent part of Sentosa Island. Amenities are great. The marina facing rooms are awesome. I particularly liked the bathroom with its sunken tab, the pool, the gym and the arcade room. It’s less than 2 min walk to a 7/11 and some stores and 10 min to all the restaurants. The service at this resort needs a SIGNIFICANT reality check though. 1) The shuttle bus stop is about 100metres from the hotel and it’s frustrating that a 5* hotel doesn’t offer a porter service. I’d still consider this acceptable, however they didn’t even offer a porter service to take the bags to the room! Sorry, that’s not 5* service. 2) Nobody at the hotel is interested in telling you about the hotel amenities or what’s nearby to do. Very disinterested staff. 3) Weak WIFI 4) Taking a $100 “security deposit” for room damage is a bit over the top! This is a 5* hotel, not a hostel! 5) On lines of customer service, again poor service at the Chinese restaurant on the premise. Poor breakfast spread that wasn’t warm around 10am.

The infinity pool and gym at One°15 Marina Sentosa were the standout features—modern, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, everything else about the experience was just average. While the location and views were nice, the overall experience didn’t leave a lasting impression beyond those two highlights. The room was spacious and the bathroom with TV is a highlight

It was my 3rd time staying here. Nice ambience and was upgraded to face the yachts. Toilet is very spacious with bathtub but is very slippery without a mat. The coffee maker is not working and the touch screen also not working. So I need to sleep with the lights on, luckily the lights were dimmed. It high time for the hotel to upgrade.

Nice and Cosy hotel. But was abit noisy during my stay as right below is the function room and there was a student prom night event.

Cleaniness was good but saw some dust at the back of the TV and the jacuuzi headrest was worn out. Lock in the toilet of the suite room was also not working. Must note that the Hillview room had not much of a view. Can say no window view at all looking out which I was quite disappointed with. Toilet was very spacious. Shower facilties was great. Tv had no Netflix. Limited channels but there was internet in it. Facilities like swimming pool and gym was good. International breakfast was okok. Alot of the food was quite sweet or sweettend. The receptionist couldn't get the name as there was no name tag. One Indian and Chinese ladies were very friendly and had made the Checkin process smooth. They also patiently answered all my queries. Thanks ya.

Very good experience, room has tablet features. You can control curtains and aircon with it. 👍👍

This hotel offers a unique experience that's a bit of an escape from the usual Singaporean environment, even though it's still within the city. The Marina View room boasts stunning views of yachts, but I particularly enjoyed my Hillview room setup. It lacks a balcony but features a separate tub and shower, so there is no need to stand in the tub while showering. The TV in the tub area is a nice touch, though it was a bit pixelated—likely due to older technology. Fortunately, it wasn’t a big issue, as I could comfortably watch TV from the living room area while soaking in the tub. The tub area features an opening that allows natural light to stream in, making it extra pleasant to relax and soak in the tub. Shower room was spotless and free of any mold depsite its heavily mosai-ed decor. It would be a great addition if the hotel provided bidets for the toilets. The bathroom is impressively spacious with ample storage, and the bed is comfortable, with firm and generously sized pillows. The smart TV, however, had some connectivity issues, possibly due to signal interference from other rooms. The in-room fridge could use some maintenance to chill drinks more effectively and maybe colder temperature to be able to store ice cream. The hotel ambiance is generally quiet, though the Hillview room can occasionally hear noise from garbage bins and glass bottle cleaning at wee hour. This might be a minor disturbance for light sleepers. Additionally, local cultural practices involving burning joss paper can lead to occasional mild odours in the Hillview room, though these are temporary and infrequent. The hotel demonstrates a strong commitment to recycling and conservation by providing a separate recycling bin and opting not to include vanity kits and combs, which are rarely used but available upon request. It would be a nice touch if spoons and forks were provided in the room. The convenience store and supermarket within a 5-minute walk are a definite plus, allowing easy access to basic amenities. On a positive note, housekeeping was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with room cleaning and replenishing coffee and tea, all with cheerful smiles. A few minor improvements could enhance the stay: adding bumpers to the shower door to prevent banging, and repositioning the sink in the bathroom to minimize water drips on the tabletop and floor. Overall, a very pleasant stay with just a few tweaks needed. Even days after checking out, i find myself missing it. It offers a refreshing change from other hotels that are closer to hustle and bustle of the city.

Quite hard to get to the placd on bus but it was a very peaceful and beautiful place Appreciate that checkout is at 12pm
