Oasia Hotel Downtown, Singapore by Far East Hospitality

No drinking water provided in room.. when call and ask for drinking water they told me to consume by using tap water

Staff at the reception was polite and patient. The organizers did not inform the hotel that I was celebrating my birthday at the hotel. When I approached the reception, they were patient and allow us to late check out and apologized. They sent me macaron to celebrate my birthday. I want to thank all the staff in oasia hotel. All very polite and helpful.

Note: The bigger swimming pool you see online is only for CLUB members only. I wish the trip could have stated that before we booked. You will be unable to access the level for club members via the lift. Cleaniless is great. Housekeeping Jennifer is great. She replenished bathrobes and slippers once she has seen that they are used. Location: convenient to get to most places. There is a mall called 100am just diagonal to the hotel, you can get everything you need there. NTUC can also be found within walking distance. Reception is on the 12th floor. If you're non-club member, you have to take separate lifts from your hotel floor to 12th, then change lift to get to 1st level. Communication in Oasia is quite disastrous. Upon check-in, we were told that our stay came with breakfast. However on the morning of the day after, the breakfast area at 1st level told us that we did not have breakfast inclusive in our booking. Secondly, we also requested late checkout which they gave to us complimentary (1.5h after the default 12pm checkout) About 1215pm, they called us in the hotel room, asking if we would like to extend our stay as we have not checked out. After telling them that we requested a late check out, the person asked if we have already told the front desk about it. Why is there a mismatch of information between staff? This should be improved. Overall I still enjoyed my stay. Hotel is spacious and the gym is also kept clean. The swimming pool is closed up (there is no view at all) -located on the 27th floor. I think the pictures sprawled around in google especially once you search up Oasia Swimming Pool, should be emphasized that THAT one is only for club members. I would have paid the extra if I knew that beforehand.

Enjoyed the club lounge access for 6pm to 8pm cocktails and refreshments, also enjoyed the breakfast. Bed is comfortable, room is generally well maintained, pretty new hotel.

Awesome staycay experience, with free flow cocktail from 6-8pm, freee flow refreshments in forms of snacks and beverages in the cosy club lounge. Looking forward to the next staycay with OASIA hotel. A tiny note: wish the shower head will be less fancy with better water pressure, thank you

Had a comfy stay and service was great! Plenty of food options around the area too! And now crowded for a long weekend! Trip.com list as bathtub or shower but bathtub actually only available for club room

Very beautiful building, nice room, comfort temperature inside. Good cleaning service. Breakfast is tasty. Very close (1min) to metro station. View from the window is blocked by grid and too dark in the room. Pool at the roof is small and in the shadow. There was lemon water at reception, but each evening only melted ice was there.

Stayed for 2 nights in room 1512 (15th floor) as a solo traveller for staycation during the Deepavali weekend. The room is very clean with absolute comfort. Awesome city view. Mini-fridge, in-room safe deposit box, bathrobes and in-room slippers are provided. Bath amenities smelled great and do dine at the 1st floor Marmalade Pantry for their awesome food! Tanjong Pagar MRT station is just opposite the hotel.
