Отель нам понравился, бронировали 2 ночи. Нас встретила милая приветливая девушка и всё рассказала и показала. Номер маленький чистенький, аккуратненький и всё есть, даже стиралка и сушилка🥰🥰🥰. Есть всё необходимые принадлежности вплоть до стирального порошка. Расположение отеля удобное, рядом есть всё необходимое. Словом отель нам понравился

Great location. Only 20 mins walk to Marina Bay. Really good amenities including a fridge in room and use of the communal washing machine for free with powder provided. Would definitely return!

ホテルには受付がない為、事前に登録が必要なホテルです。 ホテル専用のアプリを使って鍵(ホテル入り口、部屋)を開けたり、WhatsApp のアプリを通して困ったことがあれば連絡をとれたので困ることはありませんでした。返信も早いので助かりました。 こういうタイプのホテルは初めてだったのですが、チェックイン時に、入り口にスタッフの方が待っていてくれたので困ることはありません！ Maica, Mary,Ninaとても親切です😊

シーツ、タオルの変更無し、自分で洗う、などの説明は初めにするべきである。タオルも二つあれば洗濯出来るが一つだけである、どうやって洗濯してる間にタオルを使うのか。 また、ロビー無く、コンシュルジュがいない、係員は誰一人いない、鍵が無く携帯電話にアプリをダウンロードする必要があるなども、全く予約サイトには記載がない。 不親切極まりないし、ものすごくやり難く不安だった。もしアプリ起動しない場合、反応しない場合、携帯電話の充電が切れた場合、全く連絡する場所も方法もない。 飛行機到着が、遅い時間だっただけに、物凄く不安でした。 もう二度と泊まりたくないし、泊まりません。

Convenient location and warm service staffs. Would return.

I am one of the top contributors of Tripadvisor in Singapore before the Covid. I will continue the tradition of reviewing Heritage Collection @ Chinatown along South Bridge Road. Also, I will contribute to Trip.com as well. Firstly, location, location, location. Convenient walk to eateries, sights, buses, trains. Secondly, cleanliness, hygiene, and bright lights in the room. Attention to detail. Thirdly, above the basics, room is well equipped with a mini kitchen – fridge, cutlery, towel, etc. Fourthly, the most important, the super-responsiveness of the staff onsite despite the absence of reception or concierge. Whatsapp connects to staff who reply instantaneously, solving little problems I got myself into because of ignorance. For the price of the room, and comparison with similar type chain hotels, it is very well worth the stay. I will be back in 3 weeks, and will try their other outlets, all wonderfully sited near cultural enclave like Arab Quarter. Kudos to the staff on the ground, and those managing the Whatsapp.

The hotel located on China town and very close to subway station around 2 mins walk. The room is clean and have necessary accommodations such as hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, utensils, universal adapter and etc. You also can do laundry for free. Their staffs Kalvin and Mary were so nice, polite and very helpful. If you have the chance to visit Singapore this is the great place to stay. 😉

This aparthotel is great. It’s very clean and modern. The location is great. I loved the room I booked into so much I booked for another night. The rooms come with kitchen utensils, an iron and board. Overall my stay at the Heritage on Chinatown was amazing.

perfect little room that's small but has everything you need

If you have a lot of time and patience then yes consider staying here. If you would rather not worry about wasting time on your vacation then there is a laundry place basically across the street and you can find somewhere to stay that won't create so many opportunities for collecting extra fees from you. I was going to probably leave a 5, but the various conditions alarm me: There's a posting in the room that claims they will charge you $150 if you need assistance getting back into your room. This among other things means I can't fully recommend this place. In fact I actually had to assist others who were staying by charging their phone so they could enter their room one night. Support team was very proactive in contacting me, which I do appreciate, but… half of the reason I stayed here was to use the washer. The washer and dryer are very bad and you're better off acting like they don't exist. The run times are like 3 hrs for a small load of laundry, (which they shut the power off @ 10 PM), and you have to wait 3 mins for the doors to unlock to even retrieve your belongings to see what state they're in. I say that last part like that because I 'washed' my clothes and the machine made all the noise and started to fill with water. I walked away and when I came back, my clothes were mostly dry and the machine didn't appear to actually do anything since I had left about 30 minutes prior. Given that amount of time I know for a fact that the full cycle hadn't run. I then couldn't retrieve my items until I started a new cycle and then shut off the washer and then waited 3 minutes. Not what I was hoping for the night before I fly out of the country. good thing it's so humid in my room I had to empty my humidifier twice in around 16 hrs. I'm sure my clothes will be dry by the morning :| Outside of the 'sketchy' things like the special add on fees and deposit being more expensive than the stay it would be great. What follows is my review outside of that: Original review Overall I had everything I needed and it was clean. Good price for the great location. Could've had better lighting Doors are also seemingly forced to slam due to the way the locks are set up? Also spotted a little mold above the bathroom mirror and in the corner of the bathroom. Right next to the downtown and north east MRT lines and also various bus routes. (I think most other MRT subway lines intersect as well) would've been five stars...If it wasn't for the location I'd say just avoid this place altogether, but it seems hotels in Singapore are expensive. between the washer and then humidifier I feel like they owe me for a couple hours of work. The wifi started to not work for me as well the last day or so and it wasn't even raining. Not sure what that's about. Oh yeah and the no windows thing… I don’t remember a sprinkler system? Can someone check? If there’s a fire you’re probably in trouble.

Before I write my review please note: There are TWO Heritage Collection Hotels in China Town!!! This review is about the HC hotel on PAGODA Street (ChinaTown) I made a mistake and booked the other HC Chinatown based on pictures I saw here on TripAdvisor that were posted simply as "ChinaTown" by another traveler. A big thank you to the staff that was so nice and very helpful in helping me rebook a room at the HC on PAGODA STREET after I mistakenly booked at the other location. The HC on Pagoda Street is fairly new so clean and modern just as shown on the pictures. The location is great. It's in the middle of ChinaTown and close to Maxwell Hawkins Centre and Another huge Hawkins Centre and a 2 minute walk to the China Town metro station. The room is indeed very, very small and narrow. Heritage Collection DOES tell you in advance in all their booking sites and even adds measurements so you know well in advance what to expect. There is no elevator. Be prepared to climb stairs with your suitcases. There is a tv but there are no tv channels. Only steaming services like Netflix and Youtube are available. If you want cleaning service, towels, toiletries you can have those on request. The WhatsApp Service works great and when we were there there was always someone available. Also staff keeps in contact with you to make sure you are taken care of. It's a digital hotel (no frontdesk) with digital check in, that was fast and easy. Wifi works great. It was a good experience, for first time visiting Singapore affordable and great location just not for too long.
