The room was quite dark and the service was okay. Food was also fairly average. Check out my blog at www.daniaexperiences.wordpress.com for a more detailed review!

We were allowed early check in and given complimentary cocktails. Clean and spacious toilet.
I recently stayed at The Warehouse, a hotel with significant historical importance. The location is excellent, situated near Clarke Quay, with a short walk to the MRT station. Taking a Grab, you can quickly reach Marina Bay Sands or Orchard Road. If you want to experience nightlife, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. After dining, you can take a stroll or cycle along the riverside. The hotel itself has a rich history, and you can see thoughtful details related to its past, from the room key cards to the room design. It truly deserves to be called a design hotel. The lobby design is especially stunning. This hotel is perfect for couples who appreciate design and want to immerse themselves in history and culture, as there are countless small details to discover. The pool is also beautiful and feels incredibly relaxing, though we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the staff there are very friendly. If you enjoy Bak Kut Teh, they serve it for breakfast. Although the selection is limited, it’s a great way to start the day with a simple yet satisfying meal, especially since there are so many culinary delights in Singapore to explore. Finally, I would like to thank Gladys from front office. She always greets you with a world-class warm smile, and her humor and energy made my stay more enjoyable. When I was sending postcards to friends, she even noticed that one didn’t have an address written on it. Her attentive service made me feel genuinely cared for, just like being looked after by family.

Be very careful about what room you choose! The location is pretty good, but if you go for a basic room for roughly $500 per night (!), you will end up with a room without a window. Yes, without a single window! Incredible, but true… Needless to say, staff does not care. And to top it all, your Marriott bonvoy status is not honored whatsoever. Singapore is completely overrated. Customer service is dreadful, as they always fill up anyway. Avoid!

This was an absolutely incredible experience. It's probably the most unique hotel I've ever been to, as it's built on a heritage property of distilleries and warehouses from the 1800s. The amenities that were built into the property felt very premium and fantastic. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on, and the bathtub is quite large.

Our travel agent had booked a 3-night stay at The Warehouse. Our experience was so bad that we didn’t spend any nights there, even though the stay had been prepaid and non-refundable. We actually went over to the Ritz Carlton, and stayed in a room overlooking the Marina. That hotel was spectacular, worth the cost of paying twice for 3 nights (which we blame our travel agent for). The rooms at The Warehouse were small, dark, poorly designed, with no sitting area (unless you count a 2-foot space between two walls as space). The service was extremely limited, as in no bell boys, no 24-hour room service, etc. When we asked to pay to get a better room, they took us to a room that was about a foot larger (much too late, we learned they have a suite available, but unclear why they didn’t offer it when we asked for it. It was actually available). There were many examples of poor management for a hotel that holds itself out to be 4-star. I hate leaving bad reviews for hotels, but this one really went the extra mile. I will spare you more examples.
