Clean hotel near Novena MRT. Love the city view pool. Eateries are within working distance.

Not bad of a hotel, cheap inroom dining. Pool was okay. Acceptable hotel standards but not the best yet.

Beautiful rooms with 180 degree views of Novena and further away the CBD! Close to amenities like massage too!

Check in take quite some time as the reception staff was so busy helping other guests when there was other staffs at there too and my check in was delayed. Service was so far average. When I checked in, I went to check everything and including the toiletries. My room toothbrush have only 1 set which the hotel assuming that there's only 1 guest staying when me and my boyfriend checked in and I have to call up to ask for another one. Isn't it they should put at least 2 sets ? I have stayed many hotels in Singapore and all the hotels I stayed at did put 2 sets of toothbrush. Other than this i would want to feedback, the rest are okay. The room is pretty and clean. Oh!!! And 1 more thing i have to feedback about the breakfast is, I suggest the hotel and all hotels in Singapore should improve. As when the guests went for their breakfast and they proceed to go take their food as it's buffet style, 1 guest have to sit down at the table to wait. Otherwise some staffs don't know that the table is taken and they let another new guest sit down. And when the guest come back after taking their food they couldn't find their seat back as it was taken by a new guest. I feel the hotel can improve this as maybe the hotel can put the AVAILABLE or NOT AVAILABLE sign when there's guest sitting down at the table. If there's guest sitting down, the sign (NOT AVAILABLE) will be placed on the table and once the guest leave, the sign will be returned back to the staff so the staff will know the guest have left and able to let new guest sit down instead of don't know whether the guest still eating or not and don't dare to clear the table. As I've witnessed it myself today that the staff cleared the table without knowing if there's anyone sitting down on that particular table and the guest came back after taking their food seeing the table was taken by another new guest which the other staffs not knowing the table was already taken and it's rather frustrating. I feel this can be improved. If not it's very tough for everyone to take food together at the same time especially if only 1 person went for the breakfast buffet and it will be quite frustrating for the person. Hope the hotel and all hotels in Singapore able to improve on this.

Had to wait about 30min for our room to be ready. Had a pleasant stay as the room is well maintained. The breakfast was good with a decent variety and the pool was great! Gym is super small though.

The attitude of the front desk staff is getting worse as my stay time deteriorates, everything else is good.

Lobby at 22 storey and was allocated at 24th storey, corner room. Not really sound proof can hear people talking and closing door. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Got bidet and water pressure from shower head is the best! Great amenities. Downside is need to buy parking ticket at $10.70 per day. Infinity pool was small and crowded so didn’t get to swim. Located above Novena Square. Too pricey but had great staycay overall!
