I loved the Morgan, even with the slight inconvenience of ants in my room, the staff they handled it well and accommodated me after the second night and switched my room. I love the location and distance from the airport is unbelievable. I would stay here again, in fact I have already booked another stay with The Morgan!

I staid at The Morgan Resort Spa Village for 6 nights, and let me tell you this place was amazing! The property is beautiful and super clean. As you walk through the lobby you see a next level infinity pool! As you walk around this salt water pool it makes you feel as if you're at the beach! It has slopping sides to simulate walking into the ocean. Their lounge chairs are comfy and I dozed a couple times while being served by their amazing staff. Aimee, Alex, Daniel, Ben and Omar were great. The other servers seemed friendly too, but I mainly had the above mentioned. They had wonderful live music just about every night too. Aaron at the front desk was very helpful too with cabs and even printed my boarding passes upon request. I wish i could remember the doorman's name, but he kept everyone in the right cabs and everything flowing. He even hoped into the shuttle to drive me to the airport because the other shuttle was delayed a couple minutes. The airport is only a 5 minute drive, too! Which was super stress-free. This place is a very well oil machine and it was at the same time the most relaxing place I've ever been.

The air conditioning was broken and they didn’t let us know at checkin it had been broken for days. We had to leave our door open and it was still 83-85 in our room…when we called the front desk they said maintenance was working on it. No ETA.
The shower shoots water all over the bathroom floor regardless of how you turn it.

I loved my time at the Morgan. The staff was very attentive to all my problems and accommodated me every step of the way. 10/10.

It's a very clean establishment and I couldn't be happier with choosing them! The restaurant on sight was amazing and i highly recommend! What an incredible space they have. I'll always stay at The Morgan whenever i visit St Maarten again! Thank you for your gtrat services! Thank you to the lady that cleaned our room too!

Great location. Just minutes from the airport with shuttle service free to/from. Only a few minutes to walk to Maho Beach to see the planes land & take off. Many options to eat within walking distance. A short drive away to see the rest of the island. Front desk & concierge staff were friendly & very helpful. The pool is beautiful. Our 6 year old loved the slide! Beautiful view of the ocean from the pool. Watched the regatta pass by. The bartenders at the pool bar were great. Our balcony was right next to the set up for the performers/singers every night. Was great to watch them right there from our balcony. But, If you have small children who don’t sleep well with noise you may want to ask for a room away from the restaurant or the entertainment will keep them up/wake them up in the evening. The semi-negative interactions we had were the staff at the restaurant. Not all, but several of the waitstaff were not very friendly or attentive. Otherwise we had a great stay here & would stay again.

Beautiful property directly on the ocean.
The staff at this property really stand out and provide 5 star service. The young men picking you up from the airport via shuttle start the welcome service from first hello moment.
