I recently stayed at Katerina Hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel is well-located, offering both convenience and relaxation. The room was modern, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance. It’s a perfect place for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

Room: old and classic. need to clean dust in the room especially at the aircond. control panel for all electrical appliances not sure its working or just for show off purpose.
pool: need to open the filter when pool is operating for guest. when i use the pool the filter is not operating. i can see dirts in the pool.

Lovely stay, old hotel but facilities are good enough for me with big windows 👍 city view at night was amazing. delicious breakfast with egg station. at night, got a lot places to eat just nearby. we went to eat at the ramen man. only 6 min drive from hotel 🤭

The hotel exterior looks ok but the room is dated. The room they gave me comes with a bathtub but is poorly maintained. Opposite is siam oriental massage where hotel guest get to enjoy 15% off.

Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. The food and seminar venue is good. Except the lack of power socket in the guest room. Please upgrade the facility to cater new gen travellers with a lot of power socket (the best is including USB port socket) & traveller's toothbrush and toothpaste.

Hotel has a elegant vibe upon entering the lobby. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Room offer fantastic views as we have gotten a high level. Air conditioning is working good. Mini fridge in the room if you want to store some drinks. Bathtub need upgrading.

Everything on everage, facilities really need to be upgrade. Nice hotel from outside, but please upgrade the room facilities atleast upgrade a bit.

Terrible for me towel is dirty and old , bath room is crazy old . Paint all crack and drop . Won’t stay there anymore

My family and I have been checking into The Katerina Hotel since its opening whenever we visit our Malaysian relatives. We were pleasantly surprised that it has refurbished its furniture and furnishings to almost its original glory during our latest trip there. The five guests that had gone with us were also thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel for the price that we had paid. We were very glad we did not book the newly refurnished but more expensive hotel nearby and stayed loyal to The Katerina. I am not sure if The Katerina Hotel website states that it is newly refurbished and would highly recommend that it does so.
