"There was a storm at the time - Leonardo and Marta were there. They told me that the internet and internal phones were down. I had to use my cell phone to contact reception. In the room, the internal phone didn't mention the reception contact number, which I believe is mandatory. I expected fruit and water in the room as a welcome gift - nothing. I asked for an upgrade - to change the room from land view to river view - and they refused. Breakfast improved since the last time I was there."

"We never stayed at the property. This opinion is to clarify the seriousness of the people who run the Hotel, which is null. We are owners of another Hotel, in Grazalema, its name is La Mejorana, this lady reserved two rooms on the Constitución bridge, for three nights, high season. We sent them the confirmation by email (we can attach copies), and they received said confirmation. As they are hotel workers, we trust their word and do not ask for a card number. Today, late in the afternoon, we asked them their arrival time and they told us that in the end they have canceled their trip and that they are not coming. If they don't even take into account people who make a living like them, I very much doubt that they will be able to treat people who come to their hotel with kindness. I hope they have many cancellations like the ones they do."

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ và tiện nghi với đầy đủ riêng tư, dù sân thượng rộng (có nắp) được chia sẻ với khách khác. Buffet sáng rất ngon khiến chúng tôi mong đợi nó mỗi buổi sáng của tuần, không quên cà phê tuyệt vời! Mặc dù một menu ăn tối được nhà nghỉ được bày bởi nhà nghỉ, nhưng có một nhà hàng đặc trưng của Bắc Portuguese chỉ cách 5' đi bộ chúng tôi thích giới thiệu.
