To Eat:The kitchen is large, and fully equipped, and the dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating available at the counter. To Play:This house has plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained, from a game room with a ping pong table, a foosball table, an indoor electronic basketball game, board games to a kids play area with toys just for the little ones. With no upper or lower neighbors to disturb your peace and quiet it’s ideal for a single or couple seeking to be surrounded by nature. A short level walkway from the parking area just outside the condo provides easy access with no stairs. Enjoy the coastal Superior view from the large lakeside windows and deck looking up the North Shore out over Flood Bay. Relax in the fresh air on the very private deck which is perched high overlooking the waves and rocky shore below. Directly in front of the condo the shoreline is accessible by a railed stairway to the firepit located on the water’s edge.A recliner, loveseat and dining table at the lakeside windows allow you to view the Lake or enjoy the TV and wood-burning fireplace in the high-ceiling living area. Because this is one of only ten units which have chosen to retain the original wood-burning fireplace, please be aware that guests must provide their own firewood to enjoy this feature. A king size bed and new walk-in shower ensure a comfortable stay. There is even a fully equipped open kitchen with a large prep peninsula tucked in a corner of the living area and the deck contains a grill and table for outdoor cooking and dining.
