乾淨的 不錯。入住的時候升級套房多付了4000多盧比，但攜程上為什麼要1700多人民幣啊？

The service was great. We went for dinner yesterday and the food was great. The ambience was quite good and we enjoyed the food. The service was on spot. The location was also very good. The chef took down few points so that he could better up the dishes.

It’s always amazing experience to be at this property. I’ll highlight two different areas you will see the difference .. one the checkin experience.. Reshmi always spearhead the experience and the team.. Anindita and rest including security personals give a so warm welcome bring the smiles in our face .. and 2nd is the culinary .. chef Somnath and specially chef sarkar and his team just amazing ! My son loves coming here for the food experience the property offers.. and all rest of the teams including Sujan pinky, Lakpa, Ajoy, Soma .. they are all amazing team .. I guess the best Bonvoy team i can think about ..

Extremely nice and hospitable housekeeping staff - Soma, Pinky & team were kind enough to leave creative towel artwork on the bed & were very warm and prompt with their services. Everything was up to the mark and would definitely visit again.

The bed was so well decorated by Miss Pinky which I never found before . I come to this property almost once in 2months. All the staffs are very well behaved. The hospitality of the marrotti is nice .my stay is fine n comfortable the breakfast is very nice n tasty .

We had an exceptional stay in the property with widespread delicious menu in the inhouse restaurant. We need to make a special mention of Chef Subhamoy Sarkar who took distinctive care of every guests present including ours. His smiling face greeted us with utmost hospitality. We would return to the property just to have unique and delicious meals from the Chef.

Very very poor experience, no welcome Drink, coffee was charged 500/- which was really nastic, we booked suite but from no angle it was such category it was a standard room , earlier also stayed but last in last stay we were informed that they will improve but didn't find any such thing

Stayed for a day and overall it was a good choice of stay in Siliguri. Busy hotel but check in was so quick and smooth. FO staff was so quick and well trained. Rooms were neat and spacious. We had a great dining experience in the restaurant for Lunch and Dinner. Mr. Soubik and Ms. Insugna took care of our food requirements ...very quick service and they always wait for opportunity to serve us. Special thanks to Soubik for suggesting us tasty Bengali food and he also made us comfortable with snacks till our order was getting ready - really exceeding customer expectations. Ms.Insugna never gets tired of serving customers and great service. Thanks to Front office for a quick check out and arranging airport drop.
