I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

酒店還不錯 就是晚上11點多睡覺後有小偷開門進來被我發現跑了 一晚上沒睡好 門背後放被子防盜

Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan. Kami ingin extend waktu menginap dan stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasi restorannya juga bagus, dekat dengan laut. Makanannya enak namun selalu tidak bisa memesan salad pepayanya karena katanya stoknya kosong.

這個房型是別墅，和主樓沒在一起，設施尚可，吃飯得走到主樓或者room service

地方的Swiss都差不多，這家年久失修，特別是我們住的Vila，衞生條件差，對不起這個價格。換成新開的Aston會好一些。
