For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, lake Moubra 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large terrace 57 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dem Appartement. Alles top, nur an zwei Tagen hat der Jacuzzi nicht funktioniert, was aber schnell behoben wurde
