The room is spacious so it’s good but the wifi is slow. We had a problem with the shower water because it’s very hot. The hotel is also a bit far from pub street.

Elevator was broken, booked 5 room in total and the room was spread out over 3 floors with all the rooms being the furthest on each floor even though checked in at the same time with the excuse being “booked online didn’t confirm the rooms” when nothing was being specified while booking. Cleanliness and bedding is questionable. The pillow casing was all torn up and the sheets have holes in them.

This hotel is very good but a little guest after Covid 19 ended. The breakfast is need to order . Totally ok .

위치는 도심에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 외부시설은 괜찮으나 내부시설은 많은 보수공사가 필요합니다. 손님이 별로 없어서인지 내부 전등을 안켜서 어둡습니다

受付は外にあります。大きなプールもあります。部屋もとても広く問題はありません。市内までGRABで10分程度の距離にあります。

酒店還可以，對面的smile到了，沒有房間了，訂了這個，有些味道，希望以後能裝修一下，餐廳點餐自助，可能是人比較少吧

The Hotel in Siem Reap here is a great place and very beautiful for location, staff, amenities, cleanses, safety during stay here, all staff friendly honesty kindly helpful. I am remember here and will be recommend my friend to stay there. Thank you all everything make me for happy with my Holiday and trip. Big love Ren!.

Hotel with ample space around and also larger than average rooms and keeping in touch with traditional ambience, keeping in touch with old traditional furniture and staircase but very well maintained. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options.
