TTC Hotel Premium-Angkor

the hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, close to the city, very quiet, overall a very enjoyabe stay, the hotel is on road 5 close to the airport and the eye, in easy walkinh distance to the city, plenty of tuks tuks, security very friendly, my motor bike was very well looked after, good breakfast, nice pool.

Even though the hotel might not fullfil expectations of a fancy hotel - it is a lot of value for money. The staff is nice and polite. Our room were with nice big windows and a balcony. The pool is good and the breakfast is Khmerstyle. The coffee is not to recommend though. The big plus is, that the hotel is close to the airport and away from the downtown hustle.

My partner and I spent four nights at the TTC hotel in Siem Reap. We loved our stay. Staff were so polite and obliging. The receptionist, Chhit, treated us like royalty during our stay. We often had the pool to ourselves which felt like a private villa. They also had Netflix which was a big plus. Amazing stay, would highly recommend.

In August I stayed in the TTC hotel for one month. Never again, save your money and book somewhere else. There is no TV reception and the restsurant is not open for lunch or evening meals! Most of the time I was the only guest in an 84 bedroom hotel. I tried to help the hotel manager by writing a favourable report on Agoda which was untrue. I treated the manager and his family to a trip on the Angkor Eye, however. although I prewarned the manager that I wanted peace and quiet he didn't care and he didn’t listen! With 76 rooms empty I still had to endure banging, hammering and the scrapping of furniture constantly above my room nearly everyday. The restaurant was not open for lunches or evening meals, I had eggs and more eggs nearly every day for a month, or the choice of fried rice. I had soup for breakfast for two days only because a group booked in for two days! A few more people checked in but soon checked out! The hotel is a long way out of town, there is no curtacy transport so you must book a rickshaw at your expense. Never again, if you want peace and quiet, lunch, an evening meal and a choice of food for breakfast book another hotel.
