The Urban

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

スタッフの皆さん、とてもいい方ばかりで観光名所やトゥクトゥクの手配など大変助けていただきました。特にMs.Raはたくさん気にかけて話しかけてくださりとても素敵な女性スタッフさんでした。 チェックインの際にはフルーツセットとお茶を出していただいたり、洗濯を頼みましたが綺麗に洗っていただいたりととても満足しています。午後3:00〜4:30？くらいに毎日ティータイムをロビーで開いてくださっていたのでワッフルとジンジャーティーをいただきました。 特にホテル内でのサービスでマッサージを1時間受けたのですが、足だけのコースにも関わらず方周りや太もも、首まで満遍なくほぐしてもらいかなりリフレッシュできました。コスパ◎本当にありがとうございました！ 🇯🇵RIHO

De beste locatie in de afgelopen jaren. Ruime, schone kamers in een mooie omgeving. Midden in de stad alsof je in de natuur zit. Dicht bij het centrum en toch stil. , uiterst vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Regelden vervoer voor ons tegen concurrerende prijzen. Ook een erg goed restaurant. Een beperkte kaart, maar alles is uitstekend bereid. En … een beschut zwembad.

Great location easy walk to central Siem Reap (2 minutes) Hotel was like a tropical oasis and staff were very attentive and easy to deal with Staff assisted us with organising our trip to the Temples and Mr Chhy was our tuk tuk driver. Nothing was a problem for him and we arranged a trip to the countryside the following day

What an amazing little hotel! This was a real gem- a haven in Siem Reap, close to all the night time activity, restaurants and bars but peaceful and quiet. The rooms were really comfortable and had everything we needed. The tuk tuk driver, Vutha and our tour guide Sorta/Sara provided by The Urban staff, were really attentive all day at Angkor Wat ensuring we had the best possible experience there. Sorta was very informative and helpful and Vutha even brought us out later that night to a beautiful restaurant in the town, waiting to bring us back to the hotel when we’d finished eating. They were both wonderful. Extra little touches in Hotel Urban like the welcome drink and snack on arrival and the afternoon tea made it really special. The pool in the afternoon or early evening was delightful but the most impressive thing was the staff who were simply wonderful- so courteous, respectful, kind and helpful. Ra, Sreynith, Sombo and Kimlang were just the best! There is a real sense of family in this hotel and a commitment to providing the best possible service for guests. It was clear that the management encourages a genuinely top class hospitality service where everyone is determined to look after each other and the guests. The driver, Lay, who picked us up at the airport was so friendly and considerate and brought us all the way to Tonle Sap and organised a boat ride to Kampong Phleang and a beautiful lunch at The Hut, en route to the hotel. We had a fabulous time here and we’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

This is a wonderful little place, I and my husband stayed there this week, we also stayed in there sister hotel just up the road , called The Nest which was also beautiful, the staff in both hotels were some of the nicest people that i have ever met, such beautiful people and so attentive, the manager helped us out so much when we got there as my husband had booked the wrong month🤦, even ungraded our room with no extra fee. I would love visit again some day.
