We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly. My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. Enthusiastically recommend the Jaya House River Park!

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is very well thought out and intentional. Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay. I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all! They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience. Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently. At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside). Very happy with our stay here.

今まで国内含め色んなホテルにに宿泊しましたが、その中でBest 1ホテルでした。 小規模ホテルなので、スタッフのホスピタリティーが行き届いており感動しました。 両親の金婚式のお祝いで訪れたのですがサプライズもしていただき嬉しかったです♪ 朝食も美味しくて、スパも幸せな時間でした♡ トゥクトゥク移動も簡単で便利でした。 また、このホテルに行くためにカンボジアを訪れたいです。

不值2500多一個晚上。我們帶小朋友旅行，定了雙床。床非常小，小朋友容易掉小床。房間裏蚊子很多，大人和孩子都被咬。有一個卷頭髮的男服務員，好像很不喜歡中國小朋友，一直提醒和做手勢告訴小朋友要小聲🤫講話。（小朋友其實已經很給面子了，講話聲音不算大到影響別人）這個服務員的做法很讓人不舒服。房間裏的燈光昏暗，估計是酒店的風格吧，等白天才發現酒店毛巾和浴袍臟到發黃。按摩技師説的按摩一個小時，其實就40分鐘。酒店好的地方也有，就是免費洗衣服，旅途中可以享受假期。

とても美味しい朝ごはんを毎日いただきました。パンがとても美味しいです。 スパサービス、トゥクトゥクサービス、ランドリーサービスが含まれているのはとてもよかったです。

씨엠립 최고의 호텔을 찾는다면 이곳으로 가세요. 제가 같은 가격대의 다른 곳들도 숙박해 봤지만 이곳이 제일 좋아요. 마사지 수준도 다른 곳보다 좋아요. 지내는동안 부족함이 없었습니다. 추천합니다.

いつでもお抱えのトゥクトゥクで送迎してくれ、毎日スパとクリーニングをしてくれてとっても助かります。 何よりスタッフのサービスは最高です。 プールで泳いでいるとアイスクリームを持って来てくれてプール内で食べたり、コーヒーをお願いすると部屋へクッキーと一緒に届けてくれたり、と至れり尽くせりでした。 朝食のレベルもかなり高く、他のレストランで食べるよりこちらのホテルのが美味しいです。 またシェムリアップに来る時はこちらに泊まりたいです。
