Excellent experience staying here for 4 nights! Luna and Khim gave me most remarkable impression. Luna always remembered name of every single person. This was one of the best stays we had in years! The hotel is located 5 min away by tuk tuk from the Main Street in Siem Reap which is great because you won’t hear any noises and you would still be close to all attractions. The staff is VERY VERY welcoming! I haven’t seen a hotel where people greet you with such warmth. Everyone was extremely nice. I was sick for a while and hotel staff would bring me herbal tea to my hotel room with some snacks, it was very cute. The breakfast is the same everyday but it’s very diverse and you can try many things each day. Fresh fruits every day. The territory of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The hotel itself is not very big so it feels really cozy and quiet. We stayed on 4th floor and our room had everything we need. 100% recommend for people who are visiting Siem Reap for cultural adventures and calm vacations. ❤️

Good to stay, Convenient, Clean, affordable, location also convenient to go around, nice feeling also breakfast is tidy and clean,Pool is relax. All of stuffs are friendly 😍 위치도 좋고 청결하고 직원들 친철하시고 좋았습니다.방을 엄청 깨끗하고 조용하고 제일 유명한 나잇마켓, Pub Street 걸어가는것도 금방이라 다 만족스러웠어요.

This is the best small hotel I have stayed in for years. The service is amazing making the stay worry free. Nothing is too much trouble. They recommendation for tours, drivers and restaurants were excellent. The swimming pool is a lovely place to relax after a busy day touring. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The gym is small but well equipped. The room is spacious and cool, with comfortable beds and a large balcony. The position is convenient to the town but in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Fantastic service, fantastic food, Great pool, Great Room....this is a hotel that we will return to. The staff will help you whit everything, and we were always greeted with a smile. Love this hotel......

I am going to post this review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Khmer Mansion Residence in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and I must say it was absolutely the best hotel I have ever experienced. From the moment our flight landed, their commitment to their slogan, "Home away from Home," became evident. A friendly staff member was there to greet us and upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. This exceptional level of service continued throughout our entire stay. What truly impressed me was the unwavering attentiveness and kindness displayed by the staff. Every time we ventured out in our tuktuk, they were ready with cold drinks and refreshing towels upon our return. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was unparalleled. It is rare to find a team so genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. To make our anniversary celebration even more special, the staff went above and beyond. They meticulously prepared the bathtub and bedspread, adorning them with flowers arranged to spell out our names. It was a thoughtful and unforgettable gesture that added an extra touch of romance to our stay. The staff consistently wore warm smiles and their genuine desire to make every guest feel at home was evident. They even assisted us in communicating with our tuktuk drivers, ensuring clear communication and preventing any misunderstandings. Additionally, they made special efforts to accommodate our dietary preferences, going out of their way to find vegetarian or vegan options for us. I must commend the hotel on its exceptional cleanliness. Throughout our stay, I encountered no issues with mosquitoes or other insects. The hotel carries out regular spraying, and by simply keeping the balcony windows closed when we were out or during the night, we had a mosquito-free environment. I wholeheartedly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence to everyone visiting Siem Reap. It surpasses any 5-star hotel experience I have had in Singapore or elsewhere. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the additional benefits they provide. They arranged transportation to and from the hotel, provided valuable insights on local attractions, and even offered recommendations for food delivery. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap; this hotel is unequivocally the best choice. I will cherish the memories and the friendships we formed with the staff, like Sokha, Peter, Sreyni and Samarth, during our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality made our time at Khmer Mansion Residence truly unforgettable.

很有高棉特色，三人間佈局合理，就是可惜沒有給池景房，在最靠邊，挨着電梯。大家辦入住的時候可以要求避開最邊上的屋子，不然晚上電梯很吵。進門有迎賓飲料，退房也有水果，每天回來有冰毛巾。馬殺雞手法很一般價格也不便宜。泳池和早飯都不錯，總體還可以

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を預け、観光し終わった後に荷物を取りに来たときにシャワーを貸してくれました！
