A very nice and cosy hotel, hidden in the middle of Siem Reap with only 10 minutes walk to get to the city center markets. The hotel is split in 2 addresses, but both with pool and dining area. The rooms are a bit aged and could use a bit of paint, but they have everything you need when staying. The staff is very friendly and service minded

LOVED our stay here! We came from Bangkok and stayed for 3 nights. Walking distance to everything and far enough from the very busy pub street area. Pool was just what we needed because the weather was hot. Staff was SO KIND and SO HELPFUL. The breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend. :-)

This boutique resort was such a pleasure to stay at. All the staff were so helpful and did a great job providing us advice on what to do during our visit and in helping us organize drivers and tour guides for Angkor Wat. The staff really took the time to get to know us and created a relaxed, comfortable, fun and inclusive environment. They have a lovely small poolside restaurant which serves fabulous food including Cambodian classics at the same price as local small restaurants. We truly enjoyed our 4 days at this resort.

What a beautiful and serene place with delicious food. The service is great and they did all they could to make our stay perfect. Would recommend and also go again! I did have an issue with the bathtub and the television but they fixed both promptly. What a gorgeous location also.

For the first time in this hotel and a very good feeling right from the check-in. Beautifully decorated, nestled in the heart of Siem Reap and a relaxing swimming pool. Ideal for hot days and after tours, organised by the very helpful staff from the reception. Breakfast, lunch and dinner here are also excellent. Small negative point - on the day of departure the waiters came late, so we could not really enjoy our farewell breakfast, as our taxi to the airport was waiting.

Everything was top notch and beyond expectations! The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was in the original villa but just a few steps from the main resort. The salt water pool was the perfect place to escape the heat of the day. Highly recommended!

I can quite honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Everyone should stay here. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to be helpful in any way you could need. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city with access to everything you could want. And yet when you enter it is a literal oasis between the pools and our 2 story villa. And bonus was you cannot hear the city noise at all, such a peaceful place to escape to after spending the day exploring. A huge advantage was we were able to book our tours through the hotel and charge all our tours on our final hotel bill. Also the spa was incredible, the perfect place to go unwind with the kindest staff. I cannot recommend Rambutan enough, it’s the perfect place for everyone! Oh and you have to make sure to get breakfast everyday, the food was absolutely delicious at their restaurant!
