There’s a fine line between taking care of customers and being a bit intrusive. I felt my every move was watched by staff. Very polite and eager to help; sometimes help is neither needed or desired. Overall, excellent. Best massage I had was at this hotel for same price.

五年前住過，感受很好，疫情後處境第一站還是選暹粒，還是選擇白蓮花。房間不錯，挺大的，泳池也很大，從陽台望去像個小花園。雖然房門還是老式鑰匙開鎖，不過不影響體驗。插頭什麼的都足夠，交通方便，去哪都是2美金的突突。早餐還可以，就是想要熱拿鐵要收費，冰拿鐵到時免費，這個有點不太理解。

性價比挺高，在六號公路上離機場比較近了，Spa也不錯

We stayed here for 3 nights. On the second night we were upgraded to a suite which was the most luxurious suite we have ever been in. The staff was soooo helpful and polite. In fact it was my birthday and they greeted me with a cake. The poolside is so romantic with a barbeque night with great live music. Will come again and again

We were in Lotus blanc for 3 nights we had such a great experience, every part of staff are extremely welcome with offering the best treatments I am highly recommended if anyone wishes for a best place for staying 😀

This was a good clean hotel. Very firm bed but suited me. Very helpful staff. Great pool. Good location in quieter part of town. Easily accessible by tuk tuk. That was part of the fun. Teadional foid menu. Catered for all tastes. Great housekeeping staff… but I need more water and coffee!

The friends are friendly. Food was great. Beds are comfortable. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for the hospitality.. we all had a blast. We will surely keep coming back for sure. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Service is good, all staff are respectful and hospitable. We have a good time well rested and no doubt we will be picking this hotel when we come back in Seim Reap. The location is accessible to market and local restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at Lotus Blanc resort, the location was perfect - not too far from town. The staff are very accomodating and so lovely and sorted everything for us.They took very good care of us.

Very nice hotel. It is very well located. The staff is really friendly and efficient. They are able to help with lodging accommodations and also tours, if needed. Fast service for tuk tuk and prompt pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast buffet is quite complete, many options to choose from. Overall, a really nice stay. Adam from reception was also extremely helpful all around.

Fabulous hotel with incredible service, great rooms, lovely breakfast. It’s not in the center of town but a little farther out and closer to the temple complex. There were plenty of remarks around at all time and it cost about $3 to go to the center of town or $15 to go to the temples and back. I loved the location because it was close enough that we could spend all morning at the temples, return to the hotel when we were too hot to do any more, take a dip in the pool, have a cold drink, and then go back to the temples for a few hours at the end of the day. I don’t think we would have done that if we were more in the center of town. The service was top notch at the front desk, at the restaurant, at the pool, and at the spa. We were also surprised at all the extras that came with the room - free laundry, two massages (do the traditional Khmer massage it was great), one lunch, one dinner, one tea. I also enjoyed going for early morning runs here. The run to downtown was a bit over a mile and there’s a lovely riverfront park there where all the locals work out in the mornings. There’s an outside gym, lots of aerobic dance classes, runners, yoga, walkers - all gone by about 7am.
