Bữa sáng rất ngon. Yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, phòng rộng, giường lớn, thoải mái. Cơ sở nói có phòng giặt nhưng thực tế là không có, hơi đáng tiếc. Không có dịch vụ của Trung Quốc. Nhưng người phục vụ có thể nói được tiếng Anh và giao tiếp diễn ra suôn sẻ.

Mức độ phục vụ và thái độ là năm sao. Bữa sáng rất ngon. Phòng rộng, nhà vệ sinh tách biệt với phòng tắm và có ban công đẹp. Mọi thứ đều hoàn hảo. đối diện với đầu giường nên dễ bị cảm lạnh.

Had a great stay. Clean rooms. Reasonably priced room service and quite speedy. Friendly staff. Very affordable.

We stayed here for two days. The hotel was cozy, relaxing, clean and most importantly, the service from the staffs was excellent. Everybody was so genuinely friendly, full of smile and helpful, made our stay there so pleasant. The most notable ones were Justin and Chan. On the first day, we had to leave very early for Angkor Wat sunrise tour, Justin helped us order breakfast for us to take away at 4am! We also requested for a late check out, which was granted at 1pm. Chan offered us to take shower before going to the airport and also provide us with free tea and snack while waiting for the taxi going to the airport. All these little things were really appreciated! Thank you Justin, Chan and all the crews!

Our stay at Grand Yard was pleasant, the venue is about 1.3km from the Old Market, you can either take Tuktuk or by foot. The hotel provides complimentary one-way tuktuk service to Pub Street from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Chan and Justin can speak English well, and they assisted in arranging their in-house tuktuk driver, Lonchum, to bring us to Angkor Wat. He is very patient and will plan the route based on your 1 or 3 or 7 day pass. He is always on the lookout for you when you are heading out (cos there are more than 50 tuktuk drivers waiting). There is a laundry shop beside the hotel and they can do 3 hours express where you can get freshly pressed clothes to wear. I would recommend the hotel stay if you prefer somewhere quiet from the night market yet convenient.

The price was good along with great location. The room amazed me, authentic and spotless. The balcony, swimming pool, all are great.

Terrible property in all aspects. Do not drop your coffee cup during breakfast or the one in your room, because they will charge you an absolutely riduculious fee for replacement. A small water bottle was billed at $5.00 USD which represents 17 percent of the nightly rate, crazy. No idea how this property receives these high reviews, at best a category 3 hotel. I've travelled world wide for business and this is one property that did not meet or care about customers complaints about ongoing property construction and noise. 

One thing the hotel and trip.com fails to mention is the construction going on right next to the property. 6 days a week from 7:30 am to 5 Pm. Very disruptive.

Very good hotel. At the fringes of the main area, about 1USD tuktuk away from all the action. Justin and Chan really took care of us, providing us with cold towels when we reached. Very good value!
