A separate double bedroom and new bathroom with a spacious double shower. Just to note, the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom which maybe a consideration for guests who are sharing and using the sofabed in the lounge as well. The apartment is in a small block of 4, which is quiet despite the central location. There is a communal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where you can enjoy a sit in the sun.
