Alexia Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

This place is great! The a**osphere is chill and cool. Amazing view, staff is also very friendly. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about and I can tell that making their customers happy is a top priority. I would specially like to thank the guest manager Musa for his charming smile and wonderful care. I am glad that he has managed to put together a good and a professional team. Hidayet, Emre, Selcan and Mehmed, I wish you strength and I am glad that you are doing such a worthy job so well. If I started to thank all the nice people individually, the list would be very long :) . The food was great and the price is 100% worth it. I wish a lot of good and kind guests for you and, of course, success in business!

Alexia Resort&Spa hotel...really good, new, for adults. Room design, interior and electronics are an innovative option, bed mattresses are particularly comfortable, large terrace balconies, soft drinks, beer are constantly refilled. A separate word for the staff - they are pleasant, smile, take care that nothing is missing The hotel manager Musa pays special attention to all the guests. And our beautiful Heida always looked after us, she magically predicted our wishes. we want, but the communication was very fun, giving us good emotions and after 5 massage complex we felt like on wings. Clean, orderly and organized work of a large team. Food is very good and tasty, seafood lovers will not be disappointed either. Themed evenings every night, who is missing it night fun, can be extended in the old town of Side, because the location is good. Delicious cocktails and champagne with sweet cherries at the pool bar. The sea is maybe 400m, pl the place is small, standing booth with soft drinks and beer, as well as the minus, but the guy who works here is very helpful, he helps to move the sunbeds and delivers the drinks to the table. The sea is so warm that you hardly refresh yourself, the bottom is sandy, slowly deepening. We chose directly to top ten.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a week in September, and it went from bad to worse. Please avoid this hotel! When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by a man on reception who seemed to want us out of the way as quickly as possible, he gave us our room card and we were sent on our way. Another reception worker carried our bags into the lift after I asked him twice that I would rather take my own bag up to my room. When we got to our room I was shocked to see it was facing next doors hotel which was something quite literally out of a horror movie, fans whirring so loudly you could hear it with the doors closed, I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep so we had to go down to reception and pay for what they called a sea view room, which it was if you stuck your head around the balcony wall! The room they had given us, was faulty, the lights keep turning off and the aircon didn’t work, we tried to let reception know about this, but not a single member of reception staff spoke English, they told us that it was working and there were no other rooms, after pleading our situation they placed us in the room next door to us, that funnily enough, was empty, so the hotel wasn’t full! We had paid for a sea view and never got one, however after 2 room changes and a long day of travelling we decided to just stay in that room and try and rest. The hotel was mainly full of Germans, Russians and Polish, who for some reason decided that they didn’t like us and were very rude, they would cut infront of you in queues such as at the bar and the lift. Gave you dirty looks and just ignored you when you tried to be welcoming, they even booed when finding out that you were English. However I must add that this isn’t the hotels fault, but I’d like to make it known to other people who may be looking at this hotel. The staff were also very rude towards us, made it very obvious that they didn’t like us, they would offer everyone else around us drinks, but then ignore us? They would greet the other guests at the hotel upon arriving to the restaurant, but then ignore us when we said hello. This got very frustrating as we were nothing but polite and kind to the staff. The staff even asked us for tips, which was shocking as not a single member of staff did anything that was worthy of a tip. The food at this hotel is not 5* standard, it isn’t catered towards the British, for example, no simple things like toast at breakfast, it was all cooked meats and a small cereal selection. The food standard wasn’t great either, most things slightly heated, even when we arrived as it opened. (However the pool bar food was a better standard) The Al la carte restaurant was absolutely awful, mine and my partners food was brought out at different times so by the time he had finished his dessert, my main course was just arriving! They got my pre ordered food wrong and then said that was what I had ordered. I got a different part of lamb to the rest of the guests that was that well do

Me and my friend are here right now, all they cater for is Russians!!!! so if you like too come here with your tutu n glow sticks 😂 its for you! Playing trance Russian music all day this is the place for you ! 😂 its so loud i couldn't put my music on my phone to drown it out sooo loud, lost my voice after day two trying to shout over the rave music 🙃 and staff so rude and hardly speak English! Do not book here unless your young and Russian or like ibiza clubland music all day guys 🤪

When we arrived at the hotel, we where welcomed with a smile and helped to our room which was very much welcomed as we arrived on a rainy night and very much tired, all was explained to us and we settled in, food is nice, there has been food we can eat each day, but as we have been here for 3 weeks, it has become slightly repetitive, staff in restaurant have been fabulous very accommodating nothing is too much trouble, a special mention to rafet who has been very polite, kind and made welcome from day one, animation team have been great, even when the weather has been rubbish trying to keep us entertained even when we have been resistant (typical english), could do with a pool table or table tennis could be a good addition to keep guests entertained, all in all a very pleasant stay chilled and relaxed

This hotel is really good choice. Modern, great furnitured,  with comfortable large rooms and friendly Staff ready to help every minute. Delicious food and drink really surprised me. Trust me - they know how to make you happy.

I will start with that I have been to 5 star hotels delphin imperial Royal wings Totanic Belek Maxx Royal kemer Royal dragon side star elegance list goes on this is not a 5 star hotel it’s a 3 at maximum the lobby which is the first thing you see when you arrive it’s nice luxury modern clean only bad thing I can say about this area is the reception don’t put on any of the lights in the lobby so it’s dull and dark and nobody at reception can speak or understand English basic language English is the number 1 language on the planet they should have a international speaking staff on reception the staff can speak Dutch German Russian polish Turkish but not English it’s very bad. Second thing it’s not 24 hour all inclusive like other 5 start hotels are the bar im the lobby closes at 12 midnight after that you can only drink the water in your minibar inside your room very bad also the mini bar is only stocked with still water and fizzy water no soda no chocolates other 5 star hotels you get everything. The rooms are very nice modern luxury only bad thing is you have to pay money per day for a bath robe other 5 star hotels it’s all free in your room. Food restaurant it’s very small not much space or variety I wouldn’t stay here in summer knowing that it would be really to many people in one place that’s small the food is bland no flavour. Spa facility’s are great sauna steam room heated pool really nice but the staff are unfriendly they only care if you are buying a massage if not they don’t look at you or welcome you very unprofessional and unwelcoming they also harass you to get a massage and you feel pushed in a corner to get one because of this they don’t leave you alone and keep asking it’s not nice you suppose to be in the hotel to relax not feel pressured that if you want to go use the indoor pool you have to look at the spa workers that force you to get a massage. The spa closes at 18:00 18:30 I think this is to early it should be open till 22:00 other 5 star hotels spa is open till 22:00 the gym also closes at 19:00 other 5 star hotels the gym is open 24 hours side star elegance gym is open 24 hours Rixos Antalya 24 hours gym is open so that’s a let down here at this hotel I wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t stay here in the summer I would happy pay the extra money to go to a hotel that is ultra luxury 5 star big and grand I would avoid booking this you’ll be disappointed

I really enjoyed this holiday, the hotel was good, very modern, clean and spacious, I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star yet but very very close, I think it could and will be! I think by changing the miserable man (Saadettin) greeting people at reception would be a good start, however 10 minutes of his bad attitude isn’t going to ruin my holiday. The pool was good, the food was good especially as I’m a fussy eater, i always found something to eat. The bar in the lobby has a good selection of drinks and has the most friendliest woman called Iren and sometimes she was in the restaurant helping, it was always a pleasure to see her. I never got the name of the woman that does the ice creams, she could be a little more generous with the size, it was hard to get more than one small scoop from her! I can’t really comment on the entertainment as I went out in the town most nights. it’s mainly in German but there is something every night from foam parties to a man that breathes fire and lays on a bed of nails and dance groups. The beach is 5 mins away and a section of the beach is saved for this hotel, the shops are very close and the old town is 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi, I’d suggest walking along the beach front, It takes you straight to the old town, to the amphitheatre and ancient ruins. Overall very happy with this holiday,

Don’t listen to those negative reviews, this hotel, it’s staff and everything else is an amazing place! We only got back after leaving yesterday, after a fantastic week at the Alexia and will be retiring!! The food is amazing and all encompassing and for everyone’s pallet, I should know, I’m a bit fussy! The staff go out of their way to be of help, and nothing is too much! The Spar team are a great bunch, I’d highly recommend the full Turkish bath and massage, however do it before you expose your body to the sun. This hotel and its staff provide those extra special touches, including topping up your free, yes free mini bar in your room daily and will clean everyday. There’s a lot of Germans and others from across the world, and it’s probably catered a bit more for them, however I know I don’t go on holiday to have a mini England in the sun! The Turkish people we met, including staff were genuinely happy to meet a Brit and I were very warm towards us, which can’t be said elsewhere.
