Arnor de Luxe Hotel & Spa

This is an amazing hotel! The rooms are lovely clean contemporary, the cleanliness second to none. All the staff were super friendly especially the bar and restaurant staff. The a la cart restaurant food was beautiful, the Italian night food was simply delicious. The manager in there and the waiting staff were outstanding. The entertainment team were always about doing activities to keep people busy especially the children. One in particular stood out to us ( unfortunately never got his name) but we do know he started in March this year. He was engaging with customers, always involved in activities and knew how to have a laugh with people. The pool/ foam party is something I've never seen before and created a fantastic atmosphere. The beach bus service is reliable and the driver is lovely too. The beach area is as well run as the hotel. The old town and ruins are literally a 10 min walk away across the road and through the park. Lovely place o visit. We are already planning next year's holiday here!

Everything was great! Had a lot of fun with my family. A lot of activities and excellent entertainment team! The food choices are really wide and good. Every night there is a really big and amazing show with great perfomers! A big thanks to everyone.

A great city hotel for family vacation, rooms are ample size, excellent mini club activities and hosts! Facilities are nice, especially the playground and water park. Only thing to improve in my opinion is lunch time snack bar menu.

Some of the negative reviews on here are hilarious. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay and that’s because I learnt how to be kind to other people, staff and other guests. I see these miserable, overweight, benefit scrounging guests who look down on the staff, don’t even make eye contact with them, don’t say thank you when they bring their drinks over or clean their table etc then complain they feel other guests get better treatment. Too right they do, me and my partner made the efforts to learn how to say “hello” “thank you” etc in Turkish and the simple act of just saying thank you in their language brings a huge smile to their face. They don’t get paid well, Turkey is in hyper inflation, so the very least you can do as a tourist is say thank you, pull out a few hundred lira and tip your cleaner, tip the hotel staff, talk to them and appreciate what they are doing. But of course some people are just miserable and expect to be treated like royalty making ridiculous requests. One review said how she was upset the staff didn’t do anything about dogs barking. What do you want the staff to do? Kill the dogs? Go out and round up every stray and move them to a different location? Don’t be so ridiculous. If anything the stray dogs looked well fed and are not scared of people. They are treated quite well by locals which is great to see. Another common complaint is that “there are too many Russians”. Again what do you want the staff to do? Remove all Russians from the hotel because Debra from Hull doesn’t like to be near other nationalities. In other words, all the negative reviews on here are by sad miserable people who treat others and staff like crap, then complain when other human beings don’t really care for them. Instead, be nice to others, smile, learn some manners, make the effort and you’ll be amazed how friendly other people are, including Russians. The hotel is great, clean, spacious, friendly staff, lots of food to select from, great location with only a few minute drive to the beach and the old town, which I highly recommend you visit. One the most picturesque places you’ll ever see. Great holiday and would definitely come back again.

mini disco was nice and staff were friendly service was 24 hours snack bar and eating was so delicious and kids place is very good every toy they have we like animation show clean is not good bad servise and room good animation team is very nice we like it 🌸

Very good hotel animation team, great dances, activities, night shows, crazy parties and many more shows that we cannot count, we want to come here again. We would like to thank the animation staff for their interest and help.🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

We loved Arnor de Luxe , nearly at the end of a 2 week stay and don’t want to leave. Pool is lovely and warm, beach is a really good set up with excellent food. Beautiful hotel, room cleaning done daily without fail. Great entertainment team… loved darts 2 x a day , especially with Taha, but beware, if you lose he makes you Twerk! 🤣
