Seaden Quality Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

Без сомнения, один из лучших отелей, в которых я отдыхал. Начало марта 2024, не сезон, но отель процентов на 70 был заполнен, 99% гостей - немцы, очень приличная публика. Приехал в 7 утра, сразу заселили, пригласили на завтрак. По питанию все супер, разнообразие на любой вкус, все качественное, приготовлено вкусно. Своя отдельная кондитерская с десертами и турецким мороженым, есть отдельный бар, также классный лобби бар. Обслуживание выше всяких похвал, официанты не просто обслуга, подай-принеси, в довольно позитивные ребята, которые и пошутить могут, это я приветствую! Работники ресепшн тоже молодцы и профи, бармены делают отличные коктейли, как в хорошем баре. Из минусов это практически полное отсутствие территории, а также плохой заход в море. Не знаю, есть ли летом пирс , на зимний сезон он был разобран. Зато рядом отличный променад для прогулок в старый город. Также место идеально для бега и прогулок по берегу, можно спокойно бегать босиком, камней нет, отличный плотный песок. Отель рекомендую, возможно, заеду еще как нибудь!

Хороший отель для несезона. Отличное питание, очень хороший и заботливый персонал. В отеле тепло. Бар у променада в феврале работает (если нет дождя) . Расположение в конце первого променада очень удобно для прогулок как к Антику, так и в обратную сторону. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и доброжелательная. Тонковаты стены между номерами - хорошая слышимость, но нам повезло с соседями.

We went here in June. We love Turkey and have been to side twice before. We are going back to Turkey in September but would not stay at this hotel again. There are not enough sunbeds for all the guests around the pool. We saw towel wars every single day. You could sit on a bed for an hour, then go up to breakfast and "The Staff" will pick up your towels and bags and move them. This was happening all the time. The hotel has very little English guests probably 5%. The staff all speak German and very little English. The A la Carte restaurants have only 1 sitting per night at 7.30, they were generally empty, we tried 2 but would advise anyone not to bother. We ate out in Side twice even though we were all Inclusive, we felt the need to eat out for a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly ( those that could understand us) the hotel was clean. The hotel was incredibly hot with inadequate Air Con. We have never experienced this in Turkey even in August. Our room, on the top floor was boiling hot. We discovered that the air con was set at 20 and guests could not lower it. The Reception and bar areas were all very hot.

Whoever recommended this hotel to the Jet2 bosses needs to be dragged in and explain why, or better still, stay there for 8 nights like I did then write a review!! It’s 95% German hotel who are the most ill manned people I’ve come across, they would test the patience of a Saint, and the Staff at the hotel take after them! If your English looking at this hotel, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, it should be listed also as an adults hotel because for the kids it’s the worst hotel I’ve been too, they have no time for them, the entertainment was poor, 4 dance shows on the run was boring, ended up in bed at 9:30 most nights, the good comments you read about the fitness instructor are probably written by himself, if you like getting screamed at in your face by an overweight Turk, you might like him! Food was ok, something to eat every night, not much choice for the kids tho surprise surprise!! Rooms where ok, but we had no cold water for 3 nights running, which had us ringing reception, outside the hotel is scruffy, the shops are 10 mins walk, we went once, got harassed so didn’t bother going back! I won’t be returning to this part of Turkey and certainly this hotel!! It’s a hotel for rude Germans and shouldn’t be advertised on a jet 2 website

We are just back from a stay at this hotel. When we arrived we were greeted with champagne and talked through everything about the hotel. The rooms were always kept very clean and tidy. it started to go down hill at the buffet, the food was really good however the staff barely knew any English at all and just assumed you were German- to the point we were just asking for water to make it easier for everyone. We ate lunch at the snack bar a lot and I could only point out one of the waiters that was actually nice and polite to us when we were there. The female waiters at night down at the moonlight bar were 10/10 could not fault them at all. However one night we experienced a rude male waiter who did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable the entire night ( we ended up leaving as he was just ignoring us that we had empty glasses for over a hour) which I did not expect with the money we paid for; for a 5 star hotel. Not all the staff were like this, the roller skating staff was AMAZING, the swim up bar staff was really good, the entertainment team (special mention to Memo who was amazing with everyone). We had a late flight so had to check out by 12 and use the spa facilities for showers etc. again for a 5 star hotel the spa area is disgusting and stunk of urine. That was not pleasant in the slightest. The hotel is not bad at all but for how expensive it was I expected a lot better and will not be back.

Overall, a nice holiday but would not return - see negatives below. Positives…. -Lovely staff who are very helpful -Clean hotel and comfortable rooms -Food ok but very limited for vegans and vegetarians. Labels are very poor. -Nice wines, beers and cocktails. -no reserving sunbed rule is enforced - nice pool Negatives… SMOKING - there is nowhere to get away from it outside!!! The hotel would benefit from designated smoking areas. It’s horrible as a non smoker to breathe in other people’s smoke around the pool, while eating at the snack bar and while sitting in the evening. Not acceptable in this day and age. - one of our group got food poisoning , we suspect from fish as this is the only thing he ate differently from anyone else. - Al a carte restaurants are nicely decorated and the staff are lovely but the food is not good. We didn’t enjoy any of the meals there. - sea is very rocky, not a reason to not come back but beware. The smoking is a big issue. Very sad as there are lots of children at the hotel who should be protected from breathing in others’ smoke.
