Side Star Park Hotel - All Inclusive

Fantastic hotel, I was worried because reviews say avoid if Engish as not geared towards us, well I am here right now almost half way through my 10 days and other then the bloke that took cases to our room, all staff have spoken to me in English. Cons! Be careful as cleaners seem just just take anything thinking its rubbish, they took my sons birthday cake i ordered for him, we ate some and took the rest to our room for next day, i left room late morning cake was fine, then my son messaged me while I was at the pool saying where's my cake ? I felt so guilty as it was a lovely cake the hotel did a fantastic job with it and he was gutted it was taken away, although I still have to pay for it. And again I had a full box of washing tablets not opened to wash stuff by hand not opened and was on the dresser since day we got here, they are now gone not opened, not a big deal but I went rushing to shop to buy them day before I flew. Positives! Absolutely Everything else is top service, amazing room and table decoration for my sons 13th, hotel is beautiful clean and food tastes very nice, Turkish night brilliant well dont side star yoy put so much effort in, first time to Turkey and this hotel has made it my best holiday!Room 217

Having recently returned from a stay at Side Star Park, I would like to share my observations. The transfer from the airport was efficient, taking just over an hour, and the hotel provided a welcoming initial experience. The check-in process was handled smoothly and expeditiously. However, I must express my disappointment with the assigned accommodation. The room, intended for two adults and a 13-year-old, featured two single beds joined together and an uncomfortable sofa, all within a single, undivided space, which did not provide adequate privacy. During our stay, we inquired at the reception about alternative room options and were quoted a price of £1,100 for a room upgrade for the week. We opted not to proceed with this offer and made do with our existing accommodation. The following day, we requested an additional bed for the room, which was subsequently provided. This was the primary area of a negative concern during our stay. However, the pool was a positive aspect, being both warm and well-maintained. Regarding the sunbeds near the pool, we recommend implementing a consistent policy to address the practice of reserving them. Several guests, including ourselves, have experienced the inconvenience of having towels removed from reserved beds. We believe that a daily enforcement of a "no reservation" rule would be beneficial. We also observed disputes arising from this issue, highlighting the need for a clear and consistently applied policy. In terms of the food, we acknowledge that the variety could be improved, and the flavors could be enhanced. The hotel staff consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic. Numerous guest reviews mention the presence of tip boxes throughout the establishment. While tipping is customary in the hospitality industry, our gratuities were reserved for staff members who provided exceptional service. Observations of guest interactions, particularly in food and beverage queues, highlight that a simple expression of gratitude, such as "thank you," can significantly enhance the guest experience. It is noteworthy how frequently guests neglect to offer even this basic acknowledgment. The beach was lovely, again clean. Sea warm and lovely. Highly recommended visit to the beach to which is less than a 5min walk. All inclusive bar helps while the sun is shining. The hotel offered a limited range of entertainment options. While some members of the entertainment staff demonstrated commendable effort, the overall offerings were somewhat rudimentary. Some entertainment staff just like the attention of the female guests. Shows was basic but with limited space its hard to entertain. More music being played around daytime and evening time would benefit this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again.

We have just returned from a fanastic holiday at Side Star Park. I am British, and i was skeptical when some of the reviews said "do not go here if you are English!" There is a lot of German guests, but they are not prioritised. We were equally attended to. The only thing that I can say that is negative is that twice two adult german men queue jumped my daughter when she was asking for a drink, but that is more of a reflection on the guest than the hotel. The food at all inclusives does tend to be repetitive, but the Med Gala Dinner was exceptional. Tbh I enjoyed the food. There isn't the Great British Fry Up... but I wouldn't eat that anyway. We did have one reservation at the Italian, which was ok. Not exceptional, but ok. Lunch at the beach was excellent every day. We only had a standard room for the 3 of us, it was always clean and well appointed. We probably should have paid for a bigger room, but the holiday with Jet2 was very cheap. Side is absolutely stunning. The archaelogical site and museum is a mere 10 euros to get in, and about a 15 minute walk. There are also boat trips for 5 euros! They were great too. It is a bit weird that they price in euro but charge in lira. I checked each transaction and i was not scammed the entire holiday. There is a vast range of "designer" clothing just outside the hotel on the way to the beach. Crazy Daisy at the very end have the top fakes! My daughter did enjoy the shopping. Two special mentions for two people who gave top service: Egrun in the beach restaurant and Yasin from the bar by the pool. I tipped them both as we left, so it wasn't because they were tipped early! We never go back to the same place twice, but I am definitely returning to this place. It was also our first time in Turkey.

Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good quality. Always something going on in the day to keep you busy and entertained. Would definitely come back and enjoy the experience again.

I have been here a couple of times now. Hotel and Rooms are very clean and spacious. Entertainment they could do more for English people. Pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers for ever. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

I like the hotel because they are kind here, and very super and nice staff. They have lot of super activities. It’s really pretty here.
