Narcia Resort Side - Ultra All Inclusive

Hotel was great. I was with my friends for vacation for a few days. Rooms were clean, food was amazing especialy live cooking by the pool. Staff was nice and helpfull. Hotel offered Hammam massage which was very plesant and relaxing. Animations were fun and interesing especialy water Polo with Ronaldo and Aquaaerobic with Ichdibar. Manager Aydin was fun and helpfull. Hotel is located near beach and many locals shops.

I visited the hotel with my friends. Varied food and there were live cooking during dinner. There were many attractions by the hotel pool. The animators ensured we had a good time. The lovely Ihdibar, who conducted yoga and aqua aerobics, radiated good energy, and Ronaldo, who led water polo. The manager, Aydin, was very kind and helpful. I recommended the hammam massages. It's worth going on the first day before sunbathing. Sunbeds on the beach and the bar are included. The rooms were clean, bottled water was available 24/7 at the bars.

It was amazing holiday, hotel is beautifull, stuff is so helpfull. Out room was big, confy And cleaned everyday. I love animatorom team, especialy Ronaldo Ihdibar and Hako, they are really kind snd they do amazing animations. We had the best time !!! Michael the boss of animation was so profesjonal and if u need something He aleays help

Great experience, everything i couldve asked for, the rooms are great, the food had amazing varierity and taste, food and drinks were available at any given time in a way or another, great facilities such as all the pools both outdoorsand indoors, games, spa, water sports etc., the staff was great such as ahmet from the animation team and the manager aydin, the private beach of our resort had everything and the shows were worthy to write home about, amazing experience, i trully recommend the Narcia Resort Side

I highly recommend the hotel, I was with a friend at the turn of April and May. The service is very nice and helpful. We liked the animators the most, Manager Aydin, Ronaldo and Zac were very funny and friendly, as were all the animation team and the rest of the staff. We will always remember this hotel very well.😊

Absolutely stunning hotel, it’s very very clean where cleaners are constantly cleaning toilets and floors. The room we had was lovely and the kids were comfortable too. The cleaners cleaned the room daily providing fresh towels everyday. There are 5 different pools but spent most of our time around the pool that has the water park as it was quieter and harder to get a sun bed. The time we went there wasn’t any English which felt kinda isolating as the staff spoke very little English and other guest didn’t know English but friendly enough. The food was amazing! So much choice and basically food was available 24 hours. I did find other guest there rude at times when it came to meal times as they just pushed in and basically was walking into you at times. There was a free mini bus that takes you to the private area on the beach which is just for narcia guests with a bar and also provided food. I advise to only take English or euros rather than Turkish lira as they have to work everything out on the calculator with lira. Overall we have had a fantastic holiday and are looking to return.

I just want to start by saying, I would have given this hotel a 2* but as the days went on I would score it much higher. Here’s my reasons why… On arrival I was met with a friendly receptionist. First impression of the hotel lounge area is old fashioned and dark. Once in my room I was extremely unhappy as I was expecting a 5* hotel and this wasn’t it. The door frame was hanging off, the room was tired and needed work, the beds weren’t new and I did not find comfortable. This is what I would expect a 3* to look like. I reported it straight away and I must say, they acted on all my concerns straight away. The next morning, I was awoken by a loud generator outside which was coming from the opposite hotel. It honestly felt like holiday from hell. I spoke to reception who assured me it was only for two hours which it was, and I didn’t hear it again throughout my 5 days stay. My other two friends who had their own rooms, didn’t feel the same way as I did about the hotel rooms, so maybe different strokes for different folks. Good for kids The next day I checked out the hotel which changed a lot of my first experience. The hotel is fantastic if you have children. They have so much for the kids to do that we didn’t even have time to do it all. Free funfair, games area, soft play, disco and a park. I would give this 10/10 Food I really struggled with the food and really struggled feeding a 6-year-old. He had chips throughout the trip. I am a pescatarian and they don’t really have many fish options. Even when I was a meat eater, I think I would have still struggled but my friends who I was with enjoyed it so it’s a matter of opinion. 5/10 Pool area Four outdoor pool areas which are ok, smaller than what I am used to and would expect bigger for a 5* but it does the job and kids very happy. The free ice cream everyday was amazing for the kids. The pool inside was good. 7/10 Beach There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach which is great for people that are unable to walk. If you are able bodied, then it’s only a few mins down the hill. What was perfect about the beach was they offered free food and drink if you’re staying at the hotel. This was amazing and I have never experienced a hotel that offers this service 10/10. Staff Absolutely lovely, friendly, and helpful 10/10 Extra The hotel provided you with a Narcia beach bag which was really lovely. Plus they give you a mug to take home to welcome you 10/10 Wifi is very poor. Keep dropping out and just not great 5/10 Jacuzzi I didn’t get a chance to use it much, but the kids loved it. Location Perfect with lots of shops at your feet 10/10 Travel 50min from the airport I would recommend staying here but go in knowing it’s not 5*. Once you’re aware of that, you will have a brilliant time. I paid just under £400 and paid extra for a jacuzzi balcony. It’s definitely good value but not a 5* but the room sadly is the reason I could only give a 3*.
