Sunrise Queen Luxury Hotel

We stayed from August 1-10 We were shown to our room and my husband went back to reception to ask where our refurbished room was - we do have any. So they had put false photon their website. We moved room the next morning and were supposedly in a refurbished room in the main house. It was filthy and in my opinion unsafe (not sure of health and safety laws in Turkey but will be enquiring) We were told international drinks are included - they’re not We were told ice creams were included - they’re not Cinema - no Squash - no Sports bar - no Games center - no No waiting service - due to lack of staff (because they haven’t paid them - manager confirmed this - why he left the Maxx Royal to come to this I’ll never understand) Our room had live wires with plastic covers, thankfully we have teenagers but what about small children - surprised there’s not been an accident. Our bathroom flooded - the drain was blocked, someone was sent with a bin liner and three towels! How the hotel passes itself off as 5 star is beyond me. Do they actually think it’s in an acceptable state? We complained several times during our stay. We found a Love holidays rep (we booked with them) and complained - he said he could move us to a different hotel but as we only had a few days left we declined- since found out love holidays don’t even have a rep so the hotel have sold our details on in the hope of making more money out of us. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

It should stay closed. Not the advertised hotel. Reception staff rude made false promises. Room tired. No i e. Ream at all on site. Kept running out of drinks. Holes in ceilings everywhere water dripping o to corridors. Algae on side of pools. Most services advertised were shut and just building sites. Astonishing bad.😬😔

Avoid this hotel. We have been mis-sold, mis-led and scammed. We paid a few thousand pound. There are 12 pictures on the On the Beach website and only 2 out of the 12 pictures are real ie the kids club is real/representative and the bowling alley is possibly real (can not confirm if truly real/representative as the bowling alley was closed) Significant Concern 1- On the beach and sunrise website says Stunning floral-inspired modern rooms on the website. Please see attached pictures for comparison of the pictures advertised on On the beach and Sunrise Queen resort and what the actual decor, furnishings and standard of the rooms are actually like. None of the rooms regardless of the room type have the look, design, level of decor and/or furnishings as pictured on the On the beach or Sunrise website. I looked at the different room types in the hotel and they are the same decor/furnishing and standard as per the room we had. The hotel assistant reception manager-Seljuk and the guest relations manager- Marissa confirmed with myself and verbally on the phone to On the beach in resort team colleagues that the pictures are fake/false and they do not have any rooms like those pictures or advertised. They confirmed they have never looked like that and no rooms look like that currently. They said ring On the beach and change hotel if you like. The rooms are extremely basic rooms and nothing like those that are advertised which is why we have been mis-led, mis-sold and feel we were scammed. The family room that we were put in had a fridge that didn’t work, AC that didn’t work, hand wash dispensers didn’t work, the lights didn’t work, the door handle was damaged which posed a safety concern. The room was shoddy, not modern or fresh as advertised. The hotel does not even have any portable irons for you to iron your clothes. There was no running water to rooms for a few hours a day including toilet, shower or sink! I would not expect this from any hotel form On the beach never mind a supposed 5 star hotel. We were told all hotels in the area do not have water a few hours a day. This is not true as we asked other guests who had no issues with water supply. * Concern 2- Your website says 12 bars That’s false also there is was only 3 bars open. Concern 3: On the beach website says ‘Loads (we mean loads) of restaurants’ That’s false there were only 2 buffet restaurants that were open. We were unable to book the Al La Carte restaurant as every day they were either ‘closed or supposedly booked’ see pictured, we were told the Al La Carte restaurant’s were this L’Aspendos but it was permanently closed. * Concern 4- The bowling alley/arcade advertised was not open. * Major Concern 5- there was no running water to rooms for a few hours a day including toilet, shower or sink. I was with a baby, pregnant wife and an elderly person who is a cardiac and arthritis patient. We was told this is normal for this hotel and it happens to every room. Having said all t

We were at the hotel in July, stayed for a week. I'll tell you right away that there were many hotels in Turkey, so the comparison is objective. The hotel is outdated, it has long been in need of repair, but the room cleaning is excellent, always clean linen and towels. The biggest plus of the hotel is its territory. It's huge, beautiful and with beautiful views. There's a gorgeous view from anywhere, and it's breathtakingly beautiful! Food is abundant, there is enough everything, the choice is large, so there are no complaints. Special thanks to Waiter Danila. The animation team knows their business, it will not be boring at the hotel, a lot of activities during the day. But I wanted to note a very unpleasant moment that took place. Animator Zayn, taking my phone number referring to informing about events at the hotel, actively offers meetings outside the hotel at the bar in the night. He also urged to spend time together in my room with wine. Is it really welcome in decent hotels when the staff has the opportunity to communicate privately with guests??? Also during my vacation, I repeatedly saw him in the company of different young girls of hotel guests and how Zayn came to their room at night. Is it also a service provided by the hotel? Such employees spoil the reputation of the hotel and should not work in the hotel. Please note that I was uncomfortable in this situation.

A nice surprise for a great holiday! The swim up room is absolutely wonderful, the food delicious, the staff very helpful and friendly. The fridge had Coke, Fanta, Fuse tea and water. The room was cleaned every day! We will surely be back next year!

Arrived late in the evening and we didn’t get the room we paid for so they gave us a swim up room , when we woke up in the morning there was no water in the pool so they moved us again . Once we had settled in we sat around the main pool every day and was greeted with open arms from all of the animation team (5 star animation team)we went for a quiet holiday but ended up doing every activity there was due to the animation team getting us involved, I would like to mention and thank Ece Duman and Caeser for everything they did for us they were like our family while we were there(❤️) and looked after us when we went out in the evening to the late night clubs. Ece and Caesar even met us in reception to say goodbye which we thought was very nice , 10/10 for you guys. We would return even if it was just to see the animation team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
