Angelina Hotel & Apartments

We booked this Aparthotel via On The Beach. We didn't expect much, sort of a you get what you pay for Greek hotel but we were all pleasantly surprised when we arrived. After a very early start from Luton we arrived at about 13.00 at the hotel and were checked in very quickly and efficiently by Natasha on reception. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony (ours actually had 2), a decent size bathroom with shower (it didn't have the body hugging shower curtain either 🥳). There was AC in the room although we didn't feel the need to use it. Some of the party found the beds a little hard but I guess that's personal preference as I found them fine. Good size wardrobes and a kitchenette with hob, fridge and kettle. We didn't need more. Safety deposit boxes are located in reception and a hairdryer was available too. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty on offer. They do snacks and evening meals which seemed to be popular although we do like venturing out to restaurants. There is a well stocked bar and the pool and surrounding area clean and comfortable. A nice pool to cool down in. It is well located with lots of bars and restaurants only a stones throw away but also close enough (or far enough away) from the livelier main strip of Sidari. Napoli restaurant is opposite the hotel and very nice with The Vine cocktail bar 10 yards away for a chilled drink venue. Also Katerina's is definitely worth a mention and not even 5 mins away. Opposite to Canal D'amour and about a 2 minute walk to the main beach in Sidari where there are beach bars and water sports. Don't get the negativity of some reviews but each to there own. These 3 middle aged couples thoroughly enjoyed our time at Angelina's.

Room basic, bad WiFi & staff very direct. Disabled & stated this in our booking yet we were given a room two floors up which when using a walking aid is difficult. Booked bed & breakfast but didn’t eat here as breakfast was buffet, didnt look very good. Bar area where you ate was not cleaned quickly so no clean tables available. Pool is dirty, hair in the grates & floor needs a good clean. We spent our days at Amadeus or Smugglers.

I am sitting in this hotel at the moment,with my family.I tottaly recomend IT,very very clean,room.big enough for all of us,Air conditioning functional,the pool area very clean and modern.Very pleased with the choice we made this year.The breakfast buffet it is well organized and abundent.The staff is hard working.

Excellent little hotel, don't know what people are complaining about, yes the beds are a bit hard but most are in Greek islands, good breakfast, lovely staff..shout out to Georges. Shower good and powerful. Air conditioning good in studios. Pool nice good for adults and children's area. 20% off at bar/ snack bar if you are staying there. I would have no problem coming back here or recommending it

Typical tiny shower square that realistically just made the bathroom a wet room! Don’t go half board or you will still be eating elsewhere - cafe food at best! Reception not manned at checkout. Had to hunt someone down to get the key for safety deposit box (extra charge) Air con - extra charge and not worth it as makes little difference. Sunbeds in shade much of day 🤷‍♂️ Staff not friendly - only good thing was central location

Just home from a ten night stay at Angelina’s We had a great time the staff couldn’t have been nicer to us both from George the best barman and waiter in Safari to Ilda who also worked night and day to make our stay so homely We had a great cooked breakfast every morning and then in the afternoon we’d go for a walk along the beach and have a light lunch and then to Napoli restaurant for a really good dinner which was always delicious So thank you for making our break a nice relaxing holiday the hotel is spotlessly clean
