It does NOT include the lower level or the backyard. **Home Higlights** • Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs. • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens. • Dedicated den with a large desk perfect for a work-cation. • Sip your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs in the big front yard or enjoy a delicious cookout on the spacious balcony with the BBQ grill. • Plenty of parking on the driveway as well as in front of the house **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Guests staying in the lower level have a separate entrance and will not interfere/have access to the upper level. That being said, you may hear guests in the lower level. • This house is split into two levels and two separate rentals. This listing represents the upper level only. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day.
