I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott, so I always pride in experiencing their properties worldwide..I also review bad experiences for people to be aware. Aloft in Chennai was closer to work that my wife, a business entrepreneur, chose to stay this time. The welcome at the front desk was just not what we expected. They treat the guests as a B level hotel. In fact, they asked my wife to pay upfront on top of my profile containing a card through Marriott. These small things matter for a lifetime platinum. My wife is part of my life. So aloft Chennai…the next time I am in Chennai, I am not giving you business and neither are my family and friends.
