I recently stayed at Ibis OMR and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, particularly with the service from the receptionist, Mr. Ram. I felt misled about the pricing, which resulted in me paying significantly more than I had anticipated. When I checked in, I was not clearly informed about the charges and fees of room retention, all other receptionist did not indicate any charges for room retention except Mr.Ram. Mr. Ram’s explanations were vague and left me feeling uncertain about the total cost. When I inquired further, I received inconsistent answers, which only added to my frustration. I believe transparency in pricing is crucial for any hotel experience, and this situation made my stay far less enjoyable, because of the repeated torture of the receptionist especially Mr. Ram. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it could improve the experience for future guests. Overall, I cannot recommend Ibis OMR based on my experience.

The all you can eat buffet was delicious. However, the price was very high by Indian standards.

직원들이 손님이 예약한 내용을 잘모릅니다. 스페셜 패키지로 장기 숙박을 했었는데, 패키지 비용은 다지불했는데 서비스는 받지 못했습니다. 매니져에게 환불요청했으나, 환불받지못했습니다.

Chúng tôi đã ở tổng cộng 6 đêm vào tháng 2 năm 2024 tại khách sạn này. Khách sạn có tài xế đón chúng tôi tại sân bay Chennai. Anh ấy vui lòng đợi chúng tôi hai tiếng vì thất lạc hành lý. Các nhân viên trong nhà hàng luôn lịch sự, chu đáo và lịch sự. Các phòng đều sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lễ tân không phải lúc nào cũng lịch sự. Họ thường xuyên cho phép khách hàng nam làm gián đoạn cuộc trò chuyện của tôi với họ. Có một lần, một người phụ nữ ở quầy lễ tân ngăn cản chúng tôi đi thang máy lên phòng vì cô ấy nói rằng chúng tôi chưa thanh toán tiền đặt phòng. Chúng tôi ở lại đêm hôm trước, khách sạn có thông tin thẻ tín dụng của chúng tôi và có thể dễ dàng tính phí. Thay vào đó họ chọn cách làm chúng tôi xấu hổ trước những vị khách khác tại khách sạn. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi phải gọi cho quầy lễ tân bốn lần riêng biệt vào một buổi tối để yêu cầu túi giặt. Một vấn đề khác là chúng tôi đã được chấp thuận trả phòng lúc 2 giờ chiều. Tuy nhiên đến 11h30 ngày thanh toán thì lễ tân gọi điện hỏi tại sao chúng tôi chưa trả phòng.

It is the best hotel as far as hospitality is concerned. Staff is so well behaved and hospitable. They treat u so very well, will give u food even if it is 4 in morning or 12 at night . It has small but well equipped gym. Would definitely love to stay here again.

They have great service. Staff is very humble and polite. Housekeeping and cleaning is good. Sarojini staff is really doing her job great.. The hotel is at center of city at OMR road near the IT hub. All the market and other attractions are very near to hte hotel . Airpport connectivity is good.

Extremely dissatisfied We arrived at the ibis omr at 9pm and before arriving spoke to front office 2times as I’m traveling with an infant to ensure the rooms are available yet it was not ready Upon checking in they told the 3 rooms booked can be given from 3 different floors and 1 is a differently abled room. I refused to accept this and the receptionist was so mean she was treating me like it was my mistake The manager on duty spoke as if he really don’t care about our inconvenience I am truly ashamed to say I’m a member of Accor group to which this hotel belongs And surely I will not consider this hotel for a revisit and neither recommend this to anyone

The stay was absolutely fine. The checkin was a little late but, apart from that everything went absolutely fine. The stay was nice and very well maintained. The property has an ample car parking space and the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The staff including Lalitha, Suliu, and Ambika were quite helpful! I’d recommend the place to anyone who’d ask!
