Zemi Beach House, LXR Hotels & Resorts

My husband and I spent our 20th Anniversary in Anguilla and, after much research, booked our stay at Zemi Beach House. This was our first time in Anguilla, and Zemi Beach House did not disappoint. Prior to arrival, the guest services team promptly answered all my questions and eased my uncertainty of traveling to a new destination. Once we arrived, the customer service remained top-notch. I am a stickler for service, and honestly, I absolutely had not one complaint regarding service. From the front desk staff, housekeeping, guest services, wait staff, bell man,and spa staff. Everyone was personable, accommodating, and welcoming. It truly felt like you were speaking with old friends. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the manager's cocktail hour. It added a personal touch to our stay. I highly suggest the Caribbean BBQ dinner on Thursday night. Another must is lunch at Gwen's caribbean hut. It's a short walk up the beach from. Don't forget to order a rum punch. The Zemi Thai House Spa is a must. Do not miss out on the services and the beauty of this authentic Thai House. We booked a couples massage for 90 minutes and did not want to leave. Will will be back to Zemi Beach House, ABSOLUTELY!!!

What an amazing experience the one we had! From Miami we flew 3 hours (AA) and arrived on a little nice airport, where it took us 15 minutes to go through customs and get out, and 15 minutes more to get to the hotel with the Hotel Shuttle. The hotel is a beauty lost in the most beautiful beach on the island. It’s like staying on a luxury boutique hotel in Indonesia with an ancient spa on the top of the hill on Hotel lands. The food was spectacular too (fresh fish and salads all day). Nice italian restaurant too. The staff was great and always on top of us. Adriano, the chief engineer of the hotel, took me to a secret spot for kite-surfing What more can someone pretend? Thank you all and see you back Soon ;)

Zemi Beach House is a 10 out of 10! As a frequent traveler of high end properties in the Caribbean, our family experienced excellent food, friendly service, helpful staff and an unbelievable beach experience. Zemi Beach house was extremely clean and well maintained. Lush gardens and well kept bathrooms and guest rooms. This is a newer property on the island (built in 2016 I believe) and they work hard at keeping everything in tip top shape. Zemi is located on the other side of the island (about 25/30 min from ferry port and airport) on Shoal Bay- we had unobstructed views of soft sand and clear turquoise ocean waters on our comfortable beach chairs with umbrellas. Peaceful unimaginable raw beauty. Shoal Bay in Anguilla is one of a kind. Jet skis and other water sports are not permitted which created a perfect serene relaxing atmosphere. Our room was steps away from the peaceful beach. With only 76 suites we felt like we had the property all to ourselves. The nightly lobby music and drinks at bohio lounge was festive and enjoyable as was the beach dinner with a fantastic band and delicious Caribbean food. The Thai House Spa was the most unique spa experience of my life. Nestled in zen gardens, the treetop massage rooms give a feeling that you are transported to another place. The Hamaam was pristine with white marble and silver lanterns- the mud deck was restorative and relaxing- and the one hour massage was beyond relaxing. Thank you to all those who helped make our stay enjoyable, especially, Stacy at Run Room, Michael on the beach, uniqua, Josette and all the breakfast staff, Surya and Jean at the Spa and everyone who was there during our stay. We definitely will be back to Anguilla soon and look forward to many more years at Zemi Beach House. Thank you- this property is magical!

We spent the week at Zemi and I can’t say enough about the experience. It was a chill Anguilla vibe, exactly what we were looking for. Our room was spacious, super clean, equipped with thoughtful amenities - a beach bag and flip flops. The view from our terrace was inspiring. Th beach, pristine. The water a dazzling aqua blue with lavender highlights. No lie! The reflection of a violet sky. The buffet breakfast was a 12/10. Daily changes to hot food offerings along with an omelette station. Our fave was the daily fresh juice shots with ginger. With most hotel experiences, the staff is what makes you want to come back. We are grateful for GdC and Frank’s introduction to the hotel. Lobna and Fabrice were constant management presences. The team members who made the stay especially memorable with their kind, warm interactions were Stacey, Tracy, Aisha, Tiffany, Michael, Jean, Josette, Charlotte (I hope you win at Bingo!) and Whitney

LOVE Zemi Beach House. Spent a few nights after staying at the Four Seasons and Zemi was every bit as good and the beach was WAY nicer. Immaculate rooms, friendly and competent service. The only drawback is the location is nearly 30 minutes from the top restaurants and that is an issue. Other than that, highly recommend.

My wife and I and our teenage daughters stayed at Zemi for the second time. This time we spent 5 nights between Christmas and New Year’s, and we had another great stay. We booked very late for the holiday week and the only room available was a garden view room with two queen beds and a balcony. That said, we actually had a decent ocean view from our room with a really nice balcony. The breakfast buffet (and the service from the breakfast team) was really great, as was the food and service for dinner at both 20 Knots and Stone. Actually, all of the service was great from the restaurants to the guest services team (both in advance of our stay and while we were on property) to the beach team to the day and night housekeeping service, etc. We previously stayed here in low season in July and the only notable difference for this trip was that it was windier, and the ocean waves were bigger/rougher. But we enjoyed the ocean and the beach very much on this trip, too. The beach was also not at all crowded on our last trip during low season in July and we were concerned as to how crowded it would be during the holiday week. But we never had any trouble getting lounge chairs at the beach (shout out to Michael from the Beach team) or a table for lunch or dinner or anything. One other note. Last time, we took the ferry over from St. Maarten and this time we flew in from Miami on American Airlines. Both were good experiences and I wouldn’t hesitate to get there either way. We had another great stay and we will be back again.
