Park Blini Shala River

Some private companies occupied a precious natural habitat and even if they could exploit this place for their own benefit - it is way worse than only that. If you want to enjoy this unique place be aware there is techno and pop music out of many loudspeakers louder than in any disco echoing through the gorge. There is loads of plastic trash, bottles without tethered cups and no one cares or reminds the thoughtless guests to use trash bins. When you go there by boat the company owner / guides are very friendly, no doubt. They built a wooden lodge as a restaurant and you can oply hope and presume that all the trash and faeces are properly disposed. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to be the case. But the companies exploiting this natural habitat should comply with the side effects of their business like making the guests during the boat ride aware of the nature's vulnerability and to take trash with themselves. Also they should use an amount of the very good money they make to pay a garbage collection boat which goes along the shores of the lakes and along the surfaces. We counted endless plastic bottles, plastic trash and single flip flops floating on the water and being stranded on the shores. This could be huge marketing tool and I am very sure that 95% of the people would come to Park Blini for river bank and consume drinks and food also if there would be no crazy loud disco music which you have in any club and beach worldwide. It completely devalues this unique place way more than it deserves unfortunately.

To star´t this place is in amazing setting and the views are awesome. The water/river is crystal clear, turquoise but really chilling. There was plenty beds and umbrellas to relax if you will be able as the music they play all day and even till late at night is noisy like in amusement park. We did not used the room as we just set up the tents. We used the restaurant , the food was good and not expensive, menu consisting of soup, salad, french fries and grilled fish around 15€. But the staff super slow, bored, confused and not able to give proper info regarding the drinks and meal. They do have any drink and meals menu available. The owner is on the other hand very helpful he gave as the tips on short trekking around on the trails they make and signed, just around 15 min walk up the mounting is excellent viewing point on the river. They have also zip lining 10€ for about 350 meters ride. Single or double kayak can be rent to discover the dam/river. The place is very busy and touristy from 11:00 till 15:00 then it is quite if you forget the loud music.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 days. The location was absolutely unreal and we have never seen anything like it. However, there were a few things that we were appalled by. - staff members - female staff member at the bar/restaurant was very rude. Didn’t give us any information about our water issues, how the generator gets turned off for certain times of the day etc. We had to go back to her about 4 times to get any answers. The male staff were very creepy and would always stare at you. Got asked to go back to one of their rooms and said very very inappropriate comments about body types and lots of other things throughout our stay - music - music was so loud that you couldn’t actually enjoy yourself. There were lots of families around and the music was very inappropriate - ANIMALS - the animals are not looked after at all and the staff do not seem to care. There is a male dog that gets tied up all day and does not have any water. I took the dog some water on the scorching day it was and he literally had 3 bottles full as there was no water around where he was tied up on the short leash. Not a very nice way for a dog to live. I did talk to many staff members about the lack of water he had and they did not care. The horses were the same. Tied up with absolutely no water Overall we did enjoy our stay however the above made us very uncomfortable and unsafe. We actually couldn’t wait to leave

Hello, Just hight light some points, First the location and view are amazing, 1- stuff doesn't have experience in how to deal with tourists, for example, two men ( stuff ) who loud music too much till 12midnight, there were no tourists, just for killing their boring time, what the tourists who tried and look for quite place with amazing view!!! 2- I booked the family room ( for 5 persons, cottage ) as mentioned in my booking, unfortunately, before 3 days, they informed me that the family room had an issue and asked me to accept another room with 4 beds or their cancel the booking, how this dealing with me ( tourist ) , in addition, I found a family stay at same room ( cottage ). 3- the lady with Kill their boring time ( stuff ) , was not friendly at all and must have a training course about how dealing with tourist . 5- the food was Albanian food only.

Il posto più bello che io abbia visitato durante la mia ultima vacanza in Albania. Un posto allegro con persone accoglienti, mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Cucina semplice buonissima e genuina, ho mangiato i fagioli più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato e la carne gustosissima, per non parlare della trota freschissima e di eccellente qualità. La camera molto pulita e ordinata. Ho adorato l’arredamento semplice e di gusto. L’acqua è fresca e da una sensazione di rigenerazione totale. I bambini si sono divertiti a fare i tuffi e a usare canoe e SUP. Inoltre molto divertente è stato la zip line , ottimo per godersi tutto il panorama. Si può stare al bar ascoltare buona musica e bere un ottimo cocktail oppure fare una bella passeggiata immersa nella natura e nel silenzio totale. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di visitare questo posto

LumiI i Shales is amazing but this place destroys the beauty and calmness by playing way tooo loud music! Please respect the beauty and turn down the music. Otherwise you end up scaring away people who want to visit this hidden gem. Rather stay at some of the other places which is more quite.
