サウナ、風呂はまぁまぁですが。（しかし、サウナのドアクローザーぐらいせめて直すべきですね） そもそもフロントが人をもてなす気持ちがないと感じました 無意味の完全二回行動で行動が常にアタフタ・行き当たりばったりブリのドタバタしていて対応が『とにかく雑』チェックインの時やたら説明してて結構なんですが実際重要なところが抜けていたし、（カプセルホテル専用のロッカー使ってください→行くと鍵がどこにもささってない つかえない、どうすんねんこれ）そもそもふくよかな女性スタッフの倍速再生で喋る言葉が特に伝える気がゼロとしか言いようがありませんでした あと自動販売機の補充が行き届いてなくて売り切れが多い（50円入れたら反応せずにそのまま自販機に奪われました…） 朝の清掃スタッフの言い方と態度の酷さですね、知らんと人がウトウトしてんのに9時までルールでも人様をドカドカわざと威圧気味にやってきて蹴散らすとか本当におかしいです 正月早々、色々と残念な気分になりました 二度と使用したくありません おまけに朝食の焼きそばをはじめ色々とが完全に冷たくて、そこも悲しかったです
