Horrible experience at this property. I booked booked the hotel via Make my trip biz portal. While checkin they the assigned me room number 204. While I reached to room I find it in Horrible condition, room was filled with foul small, tiny insects roaming all around the room, all room furniture was ages old, bed sheet was dirty, poor lighting inside the room. Another fellow traveller booked same hotel at half of my price and hotel room was much better than my room. I reported the same to front desk and they have shown another room which was almost in same condition as my room. So I refuse. I contacted make my trip and after 30 min waiting they disconnected my call without any conclusion. I called back again and waiting for 30 min, after that hotel assigned me some room for tonight only which my booking is for 2 nights. There was no wardrobe, cloth hangers in the room. All and all, extremely poor experience with property and make my trip and the nightmare still continue for one more day.

It's very good hotel. Services were best. All it's staff carried my bags and luggages and there was no parking issue. No noise or disturbance was there and all the hotel was very good and peaceful. Hygiene was maintained there is no problem regarding Hygiene . The receptionist will help you and treat in a good ***ner. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5
