This is by far one of the best properties to stay at in Shillong, the service is top-notch, and extreme care is taken towards cleanliness , hospitality and food. Room service and house keepers are very supportive. As a first visitor, I recommend choosing this place. - Housekeeping staff,Pabitra, Polo Towers.

Pleasant stay with nice accomodation and wonderful staff all throughout. Room also wonderful. Housekeeping staff also doing their best services and prompt always. Food is also very delicious. Shri Pavitra of housekeeping staff is doing wonderful work and assisting always.

Hotel Polo Towers in Shillong is a very good hotel in terms of location, rooms, food, breakfast and service. Working staff is very cordial and responsive. Food especially breakfast was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel to tourists. Keep up the good work.👍👍

Behaviour of staff member is very good.All are cooperative.We are feeling very good in staying in this hotel.We will prefer to stay in this hotel in our next tour.House keeping is very good.House keeper named Pabitra is very good in dealing and his service is very good.

I visited shillong in may 2024. Stayed at the polo towers, location is perfect and very near to the police bazar market. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff is kind, receptive, quick and welcoming; especially the inhouse kitchen staff and housekeeping staff. Special thanks to pabitra from housekeeping staff for being attentive and available for us at all times and helping us out with our needs. Overall a very wholesome experience

During our stay at this hotel we get the fullest hospitality from the service providers of this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean.Bathrooms are also fine. Complimentary breakfast are also very much authentic. Overall experience during our stay is excellent. We get excellent service from the house keeping staff Pabitra Santra.

Sumptuous Food . The services rendered by Mr Rakesh was excellent . This definitely calls for frequent revisit . 10/10 . Good buffet arrangement in Restaurants thanks all staff be supportive and also chef I will come again in future promise
