Các suối nước nóng vẫn mở cửa sau 12 giờ đêm, một đám người la hét ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến những người còn lại! Tôi không thể liên lạc với nhân viên hai lần qua điện thoại! Không ai trả lời tin nhắn! Quản lý kém! Tôi không biết xếp hạng cao đến từ đâu!

They upgraded us to a lake view with a balcony. The service was thorough and they made sure we were well fed and relaxed, The toilet had a washlet which is a big plus!! The bathtub and the shower were so big as well. Oh and the internet connection was very good and fast. The indoor pool was smaller than expected. i wish it was bigger. The outdoor hot tubs were so relaxing. we could have soaked there for hours.

Clean and modern hotel with good service. It is just located just outside the beautiful Da Guan park where u can feed the seagulls. Hotel provides free seagull food. There is outdoor hotspring available in hotel. My room was upgraded with a big hotspring bathtub. The nearest mrt is 6min cab away. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.

This hotel is great. It’s a bit tricky to get to with your own vehicle because the road is weird but if you want to anything on dianchi lake, Yunnan nationalities park or west hills the location is ideal. The staff are friendly and we got free breakfast and dinner! The hot springs is nice but not large. Water was clean. We got the family loft room which is great for families but I recommend they put a bunk bed in the family room for foreign families who have multiple kids and Chinese families with 2 or more kids.
