酒店用廉價的棉簽 完全沒有用了棉簽的頭掉在耳朵裏 酒店前台事不關己的態度讓人怒火三丈 花了一個晚上在葯店跟醫院 我小孩的生日晚餐就這樣被他們毀了 事後一點道歉跟抱歉的話都沒有 更離譜的是checkout時 居然發現賬單多加了一位成人餐費 問原因説有人要求加的 要求算在我們320房費裏 這是什麼操作 我説你們不打電話問我們 我問是誰 他們説不知道反正有人要求加我們就加了 這是什麼酒店管理 蹭早飯這麼容易的。。。 還有我 一條黑色圍巾丟在酒店 半路上打電話去問有沒有找到 前台説有有有 你們隨時過來拿 我電話裏把圍巾細節都確認好 開車1小時折回去給我一條灰色的 ***色盲啊 這是住過體驗最差的酒店

Nous sommes venus à Sherbrooke pour des funérailles et avons réservé à OTL AUBERGE DES GOUVERNEUR. Nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour à l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner inclus à la chambre était excellent.

Ca vaut la peine.

Good location, breakfast excellent for a price of course. Just pillows I didn’t like. But overall- excellent!

This was our second time at OTL and we went back bc we really liked it when we were there for the first time. I just wish there were more OTL hotels elsewhere either in Canada or the U.S.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay again. Only complaint would be that I could not get a late checkout.

Beautiful property. Easy check in. Friendly and professional staff. Free parking. Amazing continental breakfast. Spa. Big pool. 2 hot tubs. Comfortable beds and a clean hotel. No complaints. Recommend anyone to stay here and see for themselves.

Excellent room and gym, spa and pool. The Boefish restaurant served very good food and the service all around was attentive and correct.

When booking the picture of the king room didn’t look very appealing but upon arrival we were much surprised that it was actually quite perfect. Everything in this hotel was perfectly planned and thought out. The restaurant was delightful despite our steaks being a bit over salted. The ambience of the restaurant was very glamorous. Not once did we ever hear another room’s noise. We really didn’t know if anyone else was staying close by. The pool was perfect and two hot tubs was very nice so we could have our own. So happy we splurged a little more money to stay here than an Air B&B

I travel all time for work across Canada from coast to coast. One of the best places I’ve ever been staying in. They take care of every single detail in your room.!
