Room is a good size with a comfortable bed and parking at the door. Furniture and room is very old and dated and really could use with a makeover. Bathroom old and disgusting. Had a really strong mould smell and then when looking at the walls and shower. The upper walls were covered in mould. It was also mouldy in the shower. The smell was that bad. It nearly made me vomit. I did contact the owners and requested a change of room which they did . The next room was still had a mould smell in the bathroom but nowhere near as bad as the first room. Pretty good location but would definitely not stay there again.

Good location with safe off street parking. Larger style room with kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable bedding including extra pillows and blankets. Close to a number of restaurants including the Shepparton club that also offers a shuttle bus.

We had a fantastic rest at the Bell Tower Motor Inn. Very affordable for our two night stay with great communication along the way by Sonny. The beds were super comfy, pillows and bedding were clean and cosy, the shower was strong and hot and it was well equipped with tea and coffee supplies, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini bar fridge. If you love exposed brick and a homely retro feel, I would happily recommend.

Definitely an older style model that has average exterior presentation. Rooms are average size queen bed, 2 seater couch and dining at a bench against the wall. Toilet and shower area is small and tight and bit light on for water pressure. Unfortunately only has one sink in kitchenette area that you have to use as bathroom sink not ideal. Queen bed was comfy bed and clean. Split system heating and cooling. Small TV and has microwave with cutlery for 2.

very clean and tidy, always hot water, close to town, extra large bedrooms, amble parking, nice cleaning employees, great size bedrooms, the staff are always happy to assist all your wants and needs, and responsive

Positives - bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The room was very clean. Negatives - its a bit old and tired looking. Overall we were very happy with this budget priced motel. I would stay here again.

Disappointed is an understatement. We started off to a rocky start, we were given room 9 on check in; all seemed well until I went to use the toilet. I opened the bathroom door to be hit with an overpowering smell of urine. We headed down to reception and the lady was lovely, she found us another room (room 11). We hoped that would be the end of it…we were wrong. We both were woken at around 4:30am to an unusual scratching/chewing noise. We got up to investigate and noticed it seemed to be coming from the fridge. I pulled the fridge forward to see 2-3 pieces of burnt toast, a make up blender, a cosmetic cleaner and multiple dead cockroaches. Whilst I couldn’t work out if the scratching/chewing was from cockroaches alone I certainly wouldn’t be surprised if there was a mouse there too. The decorative cushion on the bed was also placed dirty side down and had brown marks on it. We hoped we could discuss these issues on check out at 9am only to find the reception locked and unattended. We even tried to not only e-mail but send a message through the chat function on google. We’re yet to get a response; so when I received a generic “we hope you enjoyed your stay and it was to a high standard, please leave us a review etc” you can bet I leapt at the opportunity to warn others. We also noted as we left that morning they hadn’t hesitated to give room 9 to another unsuspecting traveller as they’d gone in to start making the bed. Clearly more concerned with making money.

Very nice place to call home for awhile, clean and tidy, very affordable, I would highly recommend to anyone, close to the cbd and extra nice staff and cleaning service, a/c was perfectly cold patrick
