Fantastic location, attention to detail in rooms was immaculate. Complimentary mini bar with great turn down service. Will definitely stay here again! Would be good to touch up on the teams English though as we had difficulty ordering in room dining.

It all started with a warm welcome and beautiful smile, the best accommodation in Shenzhen. Thank you Hanna for your concern and warm reception. Your smile has made the boring business trip interesting. Hope to come back soon.

Stayed one night on Christmas Eve, their services is good, the check in main lobby is a bit confused and small, the route from lobby to elevator is also not clear to first time guest. Located at aside of luxury shopping mall. But you should take taxi or public transport if you want to go local restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful accommodations. I enjoyed the welcome sign on the tv in our room. Only wish the breakfast had more western options. I paid a lot of money for only a few things I would eat.

Will is doing great on his job The guy knows exactly what he is doing and he absolutely deserves a promotion. I would feel annoyed if next time I stayed here if he hasn’t gotten to the position he wanted. :-)

My family and I recently stayed at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel for one night, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had with our two young daughters. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the city skyline. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. In addition to the amenities, we also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It's located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Overall, our stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are top-notch. Great experience at Shenzhen Bay! I spent one day at Andaz for the new Year holiday and had a great time with my partner. - Room: well-furnished room with large space and all facilities you need. The view of Shenzhen Bay is the best! - Location: next to Shenzhen Bay MIXC mall, good accessibility with quite environment. And you can find good cuisines & shops in the mall. - Staff: The staff here are professional and friendly. The check-in and check-out process is simple and convenient, and tea & cookies are provided while waiting. - Other facilities: the club lounge is free for check-in guests -- tasty desserts & snacks! The gym is large and have multi-functional equipments, but I didn't have time to try it. I would strongly recommend it and would definitely choose it for my next trip.
