I had an outstanding hosting experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, with attentive staff ensuring I had everything I needed. The accommodations were immaculate, featuring modern decor and stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary snacks and a personalized welcome note. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond, providing local recommendations and ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Overall, my stay was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and attentive service. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. No gym or other amenities Breakfast is a little questionable.  Get there early the family set coming closer to 9 or animals

The hotel is very good, very clean, high technology, and very near many restaurants and bars. The curtains , toilets and lights are very nice and high tech with the delivery robots around. Marshall sound is good. The staffs especially the front desk name Xiao Xu is very helpful and have good service to us. I am very happy with my stay at Ruby Columbus Hotel and would recommend to friends and relatives.
