The room and toilet is big enough. But the smell from the restaurant in the car park is not a nice thing

Our stay was as good as it gets, the staff, were extremely helpful. In particular Chloe, who really helped us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our visit as fantastic as it was. We would 100% stay here again if ever we were in the area.

Dirty bathroom sink, mouldy area around the bath taps, horrendously noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. Hot bedroom but windows need to be shut because of car park and trams. Single fan which only worked on lowest setting. After we returned to the hotel after an evening out the temperature in the room was bearable. Prepared for bed in the bathroom. Went to get into bed , no quilt. The thought of getting dressed, replacing contact lenses etc was too much. So a chilly night of not sleeping well. Yiu could hear the people in the next room. On leaving I wanted to complain but no one at the desk and three families ahead of me ringing the bell. We had to leave as on a tight schedule. Contacted customer services with my feedback , not impressed with their responses.

Regular premier inn customer and this is the most tired hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were ok but not as spacious as we are used to in a family room. All of us were sneezing from the dust in the room despite it obviously having been cleaned-think it was just ground into the carpet that seemed old. There’s another PI twenty minutes walk away that I suspect got the money spent on it as it is nearer the arena. Staff friendly but in the evenings one person covers reception, the bar and the restaurant which means you have to wait for them to appear. Overall did the job but not the usual standard of a premier inn (closer to TL)

Just arrived at the premier in meadowhall I come here every year on business stay for 3 to 4 days. had a lovely warm welcome from Anthony and Ben. In my opinion this is one of the Best premier inn I stay in a.lot across the country and this one is the friendliest.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Ideal location for Sheffield Arena - only 1 mile away. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff, good food too - plenty of choice for the family. Good location for access to the main areas of the city. The room was good, usual Premier Inn, you know what you're getting. All good.

Visited this hotel over a particularly warm weekend in July. Staff were very friendly, helpful & attentive. Plenty of chilled bottled water available throughout the stay. The room was very comfortable and the cooked breakfast was hearty & nicely maintained. Carpark facilities are excellent & a tram station is located within easy walking distance offering swift transport into the city. Plenty of eating options available in the Oasis Foodhall located in the Meadowhall shopping center. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay who doesn't mind using public transport to reach the city center.
