Terrible staff. They’ll charge your card for no just reason and will refuse to respond to your email after to explain the charges. Thieves!!! The location itself is great for the city as it’s right by the Sheffield United stadium. Restaurants are close by. There isn’t much to do in the city otherwise.

Expensive for what it is. Fifteen pounds overnight parking! Expensive drinks at the bar. Reception staff mediocre. Room was nice and clean, big TV. Hotel far from city, around 20 minutes walk. Breakfast not included in the rate so not worth the price paid.

Just wanted to drop a quick email about my recent stay within the wonderful Doubletree By Hilton Sheffield between Monday 28th through to Wednesday 30th October. The check-in process was seamless and enjoyable, thanks to the front desk agent, Khushboo, who assigned me to room 720 on the 7th floor—the highest floor at this location. They also took the time to explain my Gold member benefits, including a drink voucher and a signature DoubleTree cookie, both given without me even asking. **Room:** Situated on a high floor, the room was free from street noise, except for occasional sirens from emergency vehicles. It was spacious, with plenty of storage and typical amenities, including bedside drawers. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was a classic buffet spread, with the option to have eggs cooked to order. All items tasted fresh and of high quality. **Staff:** Every staff member I encountered was outstanding, regularly checking in to see how my stay was going and if I needed anything. I only wish I could remember each of their names to thank them individually.. Beginning my Hilton Honors journey in Sheffield as a Blue member, I chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield for my first stay after achieving Gold status. My experience proved it was the perfect choice. I've already booked my next stay for December and look forward to enjoying the same warm hospitality.

Tried out their lovely restaurant and bar. Staff were great and helpful. The food was lovely and came super quick. It all tasted very fresh. We also had a couple of cocktails which were amazing! Definitely recommend here!!! We had a brilliant time.

We loved our stay here. The staff are all incredible and go out of their way to help and make your stay as pleasurable as possible . The hotel has only been open for a few weeks and is in pristine condition. We luckily got an early check in for both of our rooms as they were ready when we arrived. We were given a very warm welcome as well as provided with some fresh complementary cookies, which were delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean, had comfortable beds, a great bathroom with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, a huge TV and had been finished to a high standard. Although this hotel is situated next door to the busy Sheffield United football ground and a game was on during our stay, it did not impact us at all. The hotel bar was busy, but there was a friendly atmosphere and security was very good. The fitness suite is open 24/7, which we found a great amenity. The equipment again is of a high standard and although it is small, it had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Keep up the excellent work.

Stayed over after the game.Lovely staff and very clean ,modern.The price I paid was really good value.Bar was slightly expensive but that is drinking in general now unfortunately Hoping to visit again when next down for a game or visiting family.
