The Rochester Inn

Clean, comfortable room (suite) and warm, friendly service. Close to Kohler resort attractions (golf, spa. equestrian, etc.) and several nearby dining options (only a few miles to Sheboygan). In-room breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the vintage set up and furniture. The hosts were excellent through and through. The breakfast was elegantly prepared and tasted fabulous. We will be back to visit soon.

Perfect getaway! Two couples exploring the charm of Sheboygan area. And the Rochester Inn was ideally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for a single night while visiting the Kohler art museums. We were in a classic guest room on the first floor which was charmingly decorated and extremely clean. I had occasion to communicate with Kelly several times in conjunction with our stay and she was very responsive in answering questions and providing important information. The hot breakfast we received before departing was delicious - brunch eggs, fresh fruit, and warm croissants. Since we were on the first floor it was very easy to get our luggage into the room. I'm a light sleeper and had problems staying asleep as there was a busy county road where traffic goes over railroad tracks about six feet from our room and headlights would shine through the shades. That said, my husband had no trouble falling and staying asleep and awoke feeling very refreshed. The innkeepers take exceptional care of their inn and I would definitely recommend it as an alternative to The American Club.

My husband & I stayed at the Rochester Inn this past weekend and loved it! We received clear communication before check in, and the check-in & out times were reasonable (3pm check-in, 11am check-out.) We loved that it was dog friendly. We brought our small dog and felt welcomed. Some other nice touches: Almond crusted french toast w/fresh fruit for breakfast brought to our room, comfortable bed, Aveda shampoo & conditioner, soda, water, & snacks available in main entrance, small fridge w/freezer in room. Stay felt much more personal than at large hotel, while still feeling like we had privacy. We'll definitely stay again.

My husband and I were traveling with 3 other couples for a birthday golf get away. The Rochester Inn was perfect, our rooms were all together and there was space in our room for us to set up a hospitality room. The bedrooms were a floor above, so no worries about people being in the spot you were sleeping. Kelly was so helpful as I made reservations for all of us and gave us lots of great tips about where to eat and things to do in the area. It was also convenient for enjoying Kohler and the surrounding area. The breakfasts were first class. We were so glad we found this amazing spot and would highly recommend it.
